My LG 5.0 cu ft washer is the best ever!!! I have had several washers thru the years and this one is my favorite without any doubt. It is simple to use and very quiet. The large tub has been awesome. A big quilt fits in great. Having the 5.0 cu ft tub cuts down on the number of loads of laundry per week because I can get so much more in it. i am still getting to know my new machine, it seems to have many more features than my old machine, is much quieter and hopefully is saving me on my electric bill & water bill. The drum is nice and large, makes it easy to wash my dog's bed...no more having to go to the laudramat

This appears to be a good easy to use washing machine. Please note that this new washer opens to the left rather than the right like our old LG. Depending on the configuration of your laundry room this may be very problematic.

Horrible experience
Would Not RecommendBought a brand new washer and it worked once. We are just now up and running again after 34 days, two technicians, numerous phone calls, and so much inconvenience and frustration.
Great Product, but issue with Paint Job
good product, but there is a scratch on the dryer door with the paint job. over all the product was good but delivery was also a little rough and there was a lot we needed to do to get the product together

Works well, cycles seem long
Dishwasher seems to do its job well, the only complaint I have so far is that the cycles seem long! OK I wish it had a sanitizing cycle, but I knew going into it that did not. Overall a great washer for the price.

The LG has lived up to the job and after about 3 months has performed great! No more knotted ball of clothes and the spin cycle really gets them dry which cuts down on the dryer time.
