Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the new dishwasher. Our glasses are coming out so clean. The only reason for a 4 rating, is that it is a little louder than our old dishwasher.

Terrible Quality and features

Getting service help is impossible. Too many problems with dishwasher. Only a couple of years old and pump broke twice.

Very Modern

Just an hour ago, my daughter was observing the manual and apprised me of how smart the dishwasher is, and it truly is smart. It scans the dishes for how dirty they are, plus it saves you on your electricity. Can't go wrong with that, at all. And it's quiet.

I’m not a dishwasher person, but I recently had hip replacement surgery and I am changing the way I live. The dishwasher is so efficient, it’s downright scary.😊 I’m able to get off my feet in record time knowing that the dishes will be done properly.

Nice dishwasher, but...

I received my dishwasher a few weeks ago. The buttons are on the outside instead of the top, making it very easy to lean against the dishwasher and start the unit. I find I have to put a cloth between the doors to keep it from going off. So basically, if the door is closed and you lean up against it (very easy to do since it is on the side of the kitchen counter), the unit will go on. It takes about a minute to start, and will only do so if you press the START button, but it still waits for you ...

Never works shuts off mid cycle beeps clicks so annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my my dishwasher on July and I was glad to get it after 7 months of not having a kitchen because of water damage.

Not good

I hate it! Like another reviewer said, if you lean over the counter and accidentally press a button, it messes everything up. Not good for organizing dishes, everything falls over. Worst of all my dishes are never clean. I've tried every setting recommended and they are still dirty. My dishes are always wet. The heated dry doesn't dry well at all. I may as well wash by hand and dry if I'm doing that anyway.

Great Features

It's great getting a new dishwasher; so much better than what we were using before. I love the utensil carrier with that grid on top that keeps forks and spoons separate and easier to clean. We just wish that the tines (is that what they're called) are spaced so close together that it's difficult putting dishes that are wider than those tines

Bought 2 years ago.. Have had a few issues with it. Recently it needs a new motor--LG is slow in repairing it!

Terrible to organize dishes

This is the worst dishwasher for organizing your dishes. Top shelf doesn’t raise and the bottom rack has holder that you can raise up and down to accommodate for dishes but it’s still not very functional. They always fall. Silverware has a huge handle in the way and makes it difficult to take silverware in and out. A man designed this. It cleans well though. This was installed in my new home so it’s brand new but I need it replaced. oh and if your dishwasher is running and you lean on it and acc...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited over a month to get service on my brand new, never able to use dishwasher. I got a run around. I’ll never buy another lg product. It’s impossible to get someone that speaks and understands English. Very poor rating from me.

If I had it to do again, I would not get the front

There was a smell problem with the dishwasher that persisted finally had a service man come it is now 99% better. Had a do it to over again I would not have bought the front control dishwasher.
