I purchased this dishwasher at the end of January 2024. It runs very well, but the cycles run for a very long time... like if you want to run the dishwasher overnight and it is suggested you use the heated dry cycle for that... it takes over 3 hours! Not sure why that is so. A normal cycle for top and bottom of dishwasher takes approx. 2.5 hours. Too long! But, thus far the dishes are all clean and the 2 racks hold a lot of dishes, glasses and flatware.

Good dishwasher, but not perfect
Doesn't get very dirty dishes clean & doesn't dry well. But most of the dishes are spotless. If you have something bakes on, better clean it before you put it in the dishwasher. But overall I am pleased...Just have to make a few changes.

Terrible
Worst dishwasher ever. Touch screen constantly broken. I don’t understand why did you put a touchpad instead of buttons if it constantly breaks. Just because it looks good? My grandma dishwasher from the 90s worked perfectly for 30 years and this started freaking out after one month.

Water in control board? Not well made product!!
Bought back in June 2023 and in the beginning it was great. Worked well. Fast forward a few months later & product is malfunctioning & water is getting in the control board causing it to short out, screen go nuts, lights blink & completely shut off before cycle finishes. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

Rusty garbage - very dissapointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Racks keep going rusty after a few months. Lower rack isn't deep enough to fit a half decent size dinner plate. Theres no way to wash large knives etc without having them just 'loose' in the rack. LG support is total garbage. I'll never buy an LG product again.

Loved until issues just over a year old
Well, for the last year, I have loved this dishwasher. However, after 1 year and almost 2 months, I have started having issues with it. The display is blinking erratically and beeping. Hopefully it’s nothing major, but figured the warranty just ran out.

Silent cleaner!
