good but not great
Would Recommendhas a hard time with heavy loads like a comforter or bath mats. always having to re adjust the load so it can spin properly and complete the cycle. the AI wash setting is super convenient
Recurring Failure
Would Not RecommendWe installed this washer in September of 2023. Pump failure 10 months later and LG replaced it under warranty. The replacement pump just failed after 9 months. Replacement parts only have a 90 day warranty. Obviously, the pump is not a quality component and they are aware of it. We are not going to pay to fix it again. Replacing the entire washer/dryer set-up with a different brand. And to the person that said how awful LG's customer support is - I totally agree. No one wants to own this...

Sleek Smart Machine
I like the machine a lot. I do like the modern sleek look it cleans very well, the AI functionality works great. I do wish the knob used to Switched between cycles was a little sturdier, but not a huge deal. Overall, very happy with the machine.

Not reliable
Would Not RecommendPurchased Feb 2024, with extended warranty. 3 months later the control board went out and now Dec 22, 2024 I have an error for vibration sensor is not working, which makes the washer unable to spin. I called LG and and service is still pending they have no urgency and it seems like it is difficult for them to find repairman. I will never buy LG again.

Terrible only cold water for rinsing
We bought the washer after 18 years of operation of the old LG washer. After spending so much money we have a washer that does not rinse cloths properly because it uses cold water for rinsing. This is terrible. Shame on you LG for producing crap like this.
