No good. Delicates automatically washed on hot. Repair person (while under warranty) said it was meant to be reset, not used at that temp for that setting. Does not clean clothes. Stinks like sewer despite regular cleaning of all parts, emptying trap, and leaving door open when not in use. Service hard to arrange

Waste of money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a terrible time with our washer. Every once in a while no matter how little soap we use, it dumps water onto our laundry room floor. We called LG and they said, on this is normal. Seriously? After just 6 years the gasket broke so we had to get rid of it. We have the Side Kick too and it is a waste of money. I will never buy another LG washer and dryer.

Most excellent and efficient! Once I found out how to choose which cycle I needed, I was cooking with gas! For instance, there’s a cycle for kids wear that uses steam with a longer cycle to remove stains. The hand wash cycle is neat along with the jeans cycle amid all cycles that pairs nicely with the dryer to recommend the best cycle.
