Solid and Does the job even with pet odor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG washer. It has been a rock solid performer no matter what we put in it. Steam functions like "Sanitary" are a must for dog beds and the like. Really been a good device for us!

Terrible!!!

I hate this washer!! I have owned several front load washers and this one is the loudest, noisiest thing ever!! The door is constantly banging against the frame....we had a service tech come out and he said it was “typical” noises. I’m stuck with this expensive, noisy peace of junk until I can save the money to get something else!!

I hate it!

Unfortunately, I regret purchasing this washer. For some odd reason it makes holes in most of our tees in the same spot. I am unable to wash cardigans because they come out like twisted pretzels and it is impossible to iron the wrinkles. I have to spend extra money to dry clean my nicer clothes so the washer won’t ruin them. Lastly, the moldy smell and it accumulates mold so quickly. Makes me just want to buy a new one al the time. Biggest regret.

Convenient except for the drain pump

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 15 year old LG washer that bit the dust. This new washer is a great improvement over the old especially from the vibration standpoint even during the high speed spin cycle. No more walking during the spin cycle and quieter. My only other comment is that I need to use the high speed spin to remove sufficient wetness before putting into the dryer. Very satisfied so far with this washer.

Drains well!

Love My New Machine

I have a "laundry closet" not a room and most of the full size machines have a larger capacity than my old one which meaning they also required a large depth area. It seemed I was stuck going to a small machine until the salesman recommended I go with LG. As a result I got a large capacity machine that fit the space. I couldn't be happier. I can wash large loads, I can wash small loads, I was able to Steam Fresh tablecloth...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older LG washer with a new one and couldn't be happier. The washer is so quiet you won't know it's on, spin cycle leaves clothes almost dry which means less use of our LG dryer. Will recommend LG to everyone.
