Awesome Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG stackable washer a little over 2 years ago. I do a lot of laundry! Approximately 5 loads a day! It is awesome! I did have to have the motor replaced, but the amount of laundry that I do, I felt it was reasonable. We are actually going to buy one for my mom!

So gorgeous washer

Wifi Feature is the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer for a month now. The WiFi feature that sends notifications to your phone is the best feature. We have a household of 6 and each one of us. Have the app on our phone. So whoever is doing the laundry, we know they know to be prompt and go handle their loads. We even get a notification on our LG TV that the cycles are done. The cycles are very thorough when it comes to cleaning. I have a set of sheets that are very expensive ...

Had problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG washer a little over 2 years ago. It has serviced our family well. Especially since i was doing laundry daily for most of that time because our elderly parents lived with us, laundry was a constant task. I especially love the pre-wash feature. All our clothes came out clean and fresh.

So disappointing.

After adjusting detergent amounts and adding rinse cycles, this washer leaves soap on whatever is washed. After two additional rinse cycles, relatively small load of light wash towels had a lot of soap left over after rinsing them by hand. Having to resort to an aging stackable adjatator type of washer that works MUCH better.

Lasted less than 4 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main bearing went out after less than 4 years and costs more to repair than buying a new machine. It was good while it lasted, but too expensive to replace every 4 years. I see why they have a 10 year warranty on the motor. The other parts break first.

Great Wash

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine a month ago. It has been great so far. The only negative is that the display is not back lit. I need to shine bright light on the display to read it correctly. I need to do this if I wish to change any of the preset options like cold water instead of warm or hot water, change a spin cycle. My last washing machine was a LG and it was great.

Washs well and adjust to size of load.

Excellent washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my washer almost 6 months after the drum on my other front loader warped. The tech recommended LG as being the best on the market AND ONE THAT WOULD NOT WARP. Since then I have loved the extra features on it, especially the steam feature. It’s been very useful during a “pandemic”. I love my new washer and use it at least once a day!

Great All. in one washer

My daughter lived with me for,a while, she liked it so much she is buying a set, Then l found out my son , who just moved. Is getting one also. We are keeping it in the family.

VERY DEPENDABLE
