Excellent HE washer!

We bought this washer three weeks ago. Clothes come out very clean and fresh. Washer is surprisingly quiet. Very impressed with quality of this washer. For a HE washer this is an outstanding washing machine.

My cloths are noticeably cleaner. The washer is easy to operate and it's so quiet. The delivery service that installed it did a great job explaining all the features and the suggested maintenance. Time Saver

Out of round drum vibration

My initial post was removed so I’ll try again. This is the first LG product I've owned. I purchased this machine with matching dryer. After a few washes I noticed vibration during spin cycle. Vibrations got worse after a while so I reset all the feet and re-leveled the unit. This went on 2 more times before I noticed the drum itself was out of round. Love the front load instead of top load.

great everything

Silent and powerful washer
