Nice Looking Microwave And Nice Size

This microwave oven is okay but it has issues. There are only three (3) feet that supports the oven. When you push in the door release button, the oven slides around. The ring that supports the dish inside has three (3) supports that slides around instead of rolling, it makes a lot of noise when the oven is cooking, I replaced it with the ring from my old microwave. Finally, the display sometimes gets confused and the oven needs to be reset, needs to be unplugged, just leave it unplugged for 5 m...

Excellent value for the $, works great

We really like this microwave. It claims to heat evenly throughout your dish, and hey - no lies detected! It’s sleek, didn’t cost an arm and a leg, and it works great. The only thing that I’ve had to get used to is, in order to open it, you have to push a button on the side and push the main button. It’s some sort of strange child proof thing, but I’m OK with that given that it works so well.

Great Microwave for price

So far, this microwave operates as advertised. We like the simplicity, size, and functions. It is user friendly. We have no complaints and fits in very nicely with our other LG appliances.

Good value

Powerful midsized microwave with good value. I like the pleasant musical beeps, that aren't too loud. Nice front without many crevices, so easy to clean. I immediately disengaged the child lock with a screwdriver.

Stated Dimensions are Wrong

I purchased this microwave based on the listed dimensions on Lowes' website. Item arrived and the box had different dimensions. Needless to say, the microwave does not fit as intended. After numerous customer service interactions. Lowes did refund the purchase price but would NOT refund the full shipping charges. I would not advise purchasing from Lowes due to poor customer service.

Works well but...

The outer cover rattles and buzzes from the motor and fan. I added some vibration dampener and it's 100x better. Other than that it seems really nice for the price and size. Adding the dampener turns it into an absolute steal.

Not worth anything!!

Without question, this is the worst microwave I have ever owned!!! Unless you stand right next to it, it is impossible to hear the "ding" at the end of cooking.... absolutely stupid!! The sensor cooking is far from accurate....it tends to burn things. I regret having bought this, and I have only had it about one month. While I did not buy it from this website, I had no other way to let people know what a waste of money this is!!

Questionable quality

I have had this microwave for less than 1 month and it has started to emit a vibration noise when in operation.

Pros and cons…

Looks great and matches the rest of my new LG appliances. I like the features and microwave heats/cooks food well. Nice size, plenty big for our needs. Cons-noisy, when operating. Sounds like something might be hitting the fan. Also control panel is dark and hard to read in low light.

Amazing heating power

This microwave has a lot of space inside for bigger containers and what made us love it even more was the safety lock on the side so it’s not easy for a kid to come and open it.
