Security With Ease

I had purchased this lock because of the ease of having my family gain access to our home. Pricing was great, instal was easy and the home connect allows me to access security remotely from my phone. No locksmith to worry about keys anymore and changing codes is very easy.....heck changing keys if needed are user freindly and simple.

The Best Looking Lock

Besides being an easy and efficient lock, this is the best looking lock on the market. It just blends in so perfectly with it's simply, elegant design. I bought one as a gift for a friend because she loved mine so much.

Convenient and simple

I've had for over a year, but had a lock smith install. It's so nice not to fumble with keys and battery last about a year.

Entry made easy!

It took my awhile to get used to not using the key, but now love being able to quickly unlock/lock the door and not fumble for keys. Running around the block with my kid I don't even need to bring a key with me--it's rather freeing. Convenience and piece of mind

This is a wonderful lock considering a busy household with lots of comings and goings, without worry of loosing the key. Changing the code is easy. Having the option of a double code allows the family to use a "permanent" code while giving occasional access to trusted others on a code which is easily changed after the need changes.

Love the keyless entry

I purchased this smart code deadbolt for my back door in 2009 and LOVE not having to worry about having a key. Especially when I go for bike ride or walk the dog. I can give a code to others and change code after used without dealing with extra keys or worrying about getting the key back. "If" anything would go wrong with this smart code...I would buy another smart code immediately. In fact I did replace my garage door with a smart code lock with handle. Very Convenient!

I was excited to get this lock. My wife was reluctant. After using, she became a believer. After 1 1/2 years, it started to wear out. That is disappointing. We really have come to depend on this lock system. Not sure what to do. DT

easy to use

it works great but the dead bolt is longer than the insert on my door which makes it try three times which is killing the battery faster

Easier than trying to find keys in the dark.

Bought this product based on a security system install that I had. Loved the simplicity and the fact I don't have to dig for keys in the dark or driving rainstorm. It was simple to install, except for one door that is a very tight fit. I had to dremel out the receiver so the deadbolt would slide easier.

I like this product a lot.. its so convienent not having to dig for your keys when ur hands are full!! would totally recommend it to others... sometimes it seems that it uses the batteries a lot.

Multiple Bronze and Nickel - All Doors w/ lever

Have installed the 909 on all doors (bronze & nickel). Had a defective one, and they replaced it right away. Excellent customer service. Using a code keeps keys out of your pocket, especially when just out in the yard. The SmartKey function is a huge plus. These locks really perform, and the finish on them look great. Bought matching lever handles; so much easier than turning a knob. Very pleased all around.

909 deadbolt

I purchased a few years ago and it still operates smoothly. Easy to use. Very add simple to change the key. Love it. I always recommend to my client. Since I am a professional carpenter and I like simplicity.

Kwikset - SmartCode 909 , Direct Replacement

I bought the SmartCode deadbolt after trying it at a model home. Not only it was functional, it was so simple to replace our existing Kwikset deadbolt with just a screw driver. It was truly a direct replacement and I was able to use all the existing hardware other than the lockset and cover. Just add 4 x AA and follow the clear instructions to program the lock. The result was so satisfying that I purchased a second unit.

I bought my dead bolt over a year ago, it went threw the first set of battery's in a few months since replacing them it still on second set!

We bought two of these. Easy to install and replace existing deadbolt. The lock works very well! The SmartKey function allowed me to rekey the lock to my existing key easyly.
