This Faucet Changed My Life

This faucet is gorgeous. The water pressure is amazing and the reach of the hose is really long. Dare I say, this faucet makes doing dishes fun.

Faucet magnet never worked

We love the look of the faucet, the sprayer extends far out but the magnet that holds the faucet in place when in rest mode has never worked. Therefore our sprayer hangs in the sink. Help!

Spray Head

Spray head broke within a year got a replacement from Kraus and within the year of receiving the new head it broke again. Now it has be 2 years since I purchased the faucet so it's out of warranty and I can't find a spray head replacement. Kraus can you please send a Replacement head for a 2 year old faucet which is on the 2nd non working head.

Love this tap but...

I really loved this tap love the look love how it functions. However after just 1 year of using it the button has just broken off the front of the tap so we are a bit disappointed. Hopefully we can super glue this back on.

Looks lovely, but can be frustrating to operate

We can’t always use our on/off handle manually as needed. Sometimes I turn on water and it won’t work unless I wave my hand for the sensor. Get annoying after a bit. I can turn the water on and off manually over and over for a bit, then walk away for awhile and come back, and go to turn water on with handle and then it won’t work without waving hand in front of sensor. Wondering if I have a faulty product, or is this what it is? Love the color, the sprayer, the cord length..basically everything ...

Cheap plastic spray switch breaks

I was satisfied with this product for 18 months. Now without any apparent cause the plastic switch that turns on spray mode broke. It is bound to break with normal use because it is so flimsy.

Kitchen faucet

Originally it ran great but now the faucet only has a good flow in spray mode. Otherwise it’s very slow. Where can I get replacement parts for screen?

Won't stay in touch mode and half the time no water in manual mode either - this is a joke

This is absolutely the worst experience. Installed it yesterday and less than 2 hours later, in the middle of prepping dinner and NO WATER. The touch sensor is hit and miss, and what is crazy sometimes I get no water even in manually. We have to keep playing with the wires, and yay we get water for a few minutes, then nothing.

Faucet reliabilty

The spray/stream part on my faucet has broken a second time and it apparently isn't design for a busy kitchen. Hopefully I'll get another replacement. Customer service was exception my first problem.

In case your pressure seems low....

I was about to blame this fixture for being really under powered and a bit too environmentally friendly. Then my contractor re-inspected his work and discovered the issue. In an attempt to tidy up the hoses and make room for the sprayer counterweight to move freely without obstructions, he zip-tied the hot and cold water supply hoses up out of the way at the base of the fixture. Best Faucet I have ever owned!

I updated our older faucet that had a separate spray nozzle to this Oletta style and it is so much easier to use. I love how the sprayer pulls down with ease, has great pressure and also returns into the faucet with ease. The matte black doesn't show water spots and it is very easy to keep clean. I would highly recommend this faucet!

Practically designed and built to last

Having experienced the value of the hands-free touch sensor I would never go back to using manual taps. Quick and easy to use, the main advantage is the ability to keep the faucet clean when undertaking messy food preparation. This is a substantial and very well-made faucet which is sturdy and easy to install.

Beautiful faucet!

We absolutely love this faucet! The color is a beautiful soft gold- not yellow at all. The touch feature is an amazing addition! It’s perfect for when your hands are full. I was skeptical at first on whether it would work well but we have had it and heavily used it for over a month and it works great. Every sink should have this feature!

Love This Faucet

The look is awesome! I read a lot of reviews to determine which faucet was best for me, water pressure was important. Installation was so easy and quick. Several reviews talked about the plastic anchors, this issue has been resolved they are now medal which was a nice surprise. This has been a great addition to my kitchen, love the look.

Looks nice but 2 killer issues just after warranty period ends

We liked the looks and performance of this Kraus faucet at first but there are two substantial issues shortly after the warranty period ended. First the water control lever that sticks up from the faucet broke off without any undo force applied. This is probably a manufacturing defect that eventually cracked due to metal fatigue. While annoying we were still able to turn the water on and off. See its absence in the photo below. Shortly later we noticed the water volume slowly decreasing. ...
