Sensor stopped working after 6 months

Senor stopped responding, replaced the batteries but did not help. Senor does not shut off water for hot water, only works for cold water. Got a replacement control box via warranty. Quite expensive product that works for only 6 months. I also placed an order for the optional AC adapter, and the shipping cost as much as the AC adapter itself.

High Quality Facuet!

I have installed multiple Kraus oletto faucets in various projects and am always happy with the quality and aesthetic. They are easy to use and look great.

Didn’t last 2 years

Spray head broke within 2 years and at least a replacement part was available but had to pay shipping on top of replacement part cost which cost the same as the part. Made a loud noise because sprayer wouldn’t stay in flow or spray mode. I would recommend for the sleek modern design but not for the quality and warranty.

Such a functional beauty!

We installed this faucet during our kitchen renovation and have been so happy with the dual functionality of being able to dispense both tap and filtered water in one single faucet. The pull-down capability works great when cleaning up scraps in the sink, especially when using the spraying feature. I love the matte black finish, which is super easy to clean!

Love the design, super easy to install and good water flow pressure. Recommended

Cheap Parts Break After About a Year

We have had the faucet two and a half years and have to replace a part in the faucet that changes the water stream/flow for the second time. Not a high quality item.

Handle broke off after three years

Installed this Oletto faucet in Jan 2020 and the handle snapped off after three years of normal use.

Poor quality on faucet button

Bought this faucet for my kitchen remodel last summer. After a little over one year of use, the plastic button (which we now see is held on with two flimsy plastic posts) has broken right off. In my mind, a higher-end faucet should last longer than one year. Now I have to push on the sharp edges of the broken off button in order to change the stream from full to spray. Not happy

Low quality for a high priced item

This was an added touch to a newly renovated kitchen and looks beautiful it was functioning just fine until the button on the nozzle broke off and not even a year has past. this will quickly change to a 5 once this gets resolved.

Amazing faucet

I am blown away at how handy this faucet is. It works so well, and I love the different features it has. Well worth it!

Broke after a year and a half.

The plastic rocker top snapped off after a year and of normal use. Nothing crazy has ever happened to it. It just broke. You can tell on the under side of the button/toggle that it’s just cheap plastic underneath.

Pretty but not functional

The faucet looks good but the motion sensor does not work well. It also doesn’t allow the water turn on from just the handle. Will be returning.

Perfect for bathroom remodel!

I looked at many kitchen faucet reviews as I originally wanted a more commercial looking style. Settled upon this one as it still produces a modern feel at a reasonable cost. I have had the faucet for over a year and have zero complaints.

Faucet very good -but Customer Service is GREAT!!

Hi. I'd written a so-so review after the connecting rod broke, which was one year after install. After dealing with Kraus on the phone, I have to change the review to Freakin' EXCELLENT!! This company is up there with Patagonia, Apple and Starbucks. The effervescent Quinn took my call, and immediately understood my issue, and offered to replace the faucet, no charge, no shipping fee. worked fine, for two years, then...

Worked well, nice faucet. Then the support arm broke. No way to fix it (JBWeld lasted two days)

High Quality

Just had this faucet installed and it has surpassed all of my expectations. Very high quality, flawless operation, attractive and a great value. Easy to wipe off and even though not the Spot Free finish I'm totally satisfied. Highly recommend.

Chipped - just past 1 year warranty

Loved the faucet and the style until it started chipping right after the year mark. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
