Product itself has a clean, modern look, and has really great functionally - sprayer is easy to maneuver, all the way down to the base of the sink and all the way up to pitchers on the countertop. Sprayer button works great, don't have to hold down spray mode (toggles). Strain relief ball joint on the sprayer hose to keep it from breaking. No hot water pressure

Faucet is beautiful but, my hot water pressure is non existent. It appears the hose is smaller in diameter than a regular hose and something keeps stopping the flow. I had my water heater drained, new shut off valves installed, five different handymen and one plumber without a resolution. I’ll have to get a different brand. I should have kept my old Faucet.

Really gorgous faucet, one of the settings doesn’t work.

I love the look of this faucet. The spray function is strong. The stream setting though, leaks. What happens is the stream dribbles along with spray nozzles also dribbling along. I wish I had two clear settings; stream and spray. I would give the faucet a 10 stars!

Hose retraction problems

We love the design of the Oletto but are continually frustrated by the hose retraction. We’ve had our contractor adjust it several times but it fails again and again. The nozzle just hangs without completely retracting. We even manually pull the hose down underneath but the position is short-lived. Much as we like the look, we don’t like the function and wouldn’t buy again.

Sleek, easy to install

The faucet was easy to install and went in smoothly after removing my old faucet. It has a sleek, clean line look to it. Easy on and off. Improved the look of the sink! Very happy with the purchase thus far (only been in for two days).

Just what I wanted!

I love that this faucet does everything I wanted! It rotates all the way around, the hose comes down, I love the way the hose connects (without a magnet), and has great power!

I have bought a lot of faucets over the years, and you get what you pay for is true when it comes to kitchen or any household faucets. Time will tell with my Kraus Chrome Bolden, but I have a good feeling about this. Fit, finish and quality all appear to be here, there is nothing "cheap" about these Krause products, as a low price point would suggest. 2 in 1 perfect design!

The 2 in 1 feature is perfectly designed; super easy to use and handle faucet and I didn’t have to drill a separate hole/line in the count top. Installation went very quickly. Cool modern look that’s sleek, yet bold to be a highlight of the kitchen. Also, very accessible for my kids to pour themselves a glass whenever they want. Love it!

Elegant kitchen faucet

I love the faucet. It looks grand. It works well. The only complaint is that hot is hot as intended but cold is luke-warm, not cold, so the mixer must have a crossover leak. Not good!

Amazing and beautiful faucet

I've had my eye on this beauty for a while and jumped on a sale. Am I ever glad that I did!! The faucet was easy to install and the quality is A+, not to mention it's absolutely gorgeous. It's the first thing people notice when they walk into the kitchen. Best purchase I've made for the house in a while!

A Commercial Faucet That Isn't

We have used this faucet for 2 years now. Paired it with Krauss' KP1TS33S-2 top mount sink. After many years of looking for a commercial faucet to put in our kitchen, we settled on the Oletto. It was super easy to install, the faucet hose actually extends out to 24 1'2" for us, (which is very helpful when washing the hounds) but your mileage may vary there. Spray nozzle problems months after install

Was happy in the beginning, but after a few months the spray nozzle's button fails to work. It is stuck in the stream mode, but the volume of water is half of what it was... Unless you squeeze the button really hard. Good money literally down the drain.

Great Sink, Great Customer Service!

We purchased this faucet last year. We had read really great reviews about other products and were in between options with a couple of brands. We had called in and spoke to Rachel who was extremely patient with us! She was very informative and helped us with some options. Qw love the overall design and it's been a really great addition to our recent kitchen remodel. We would definitely recommend this product if you are deciding between faucets.

Buyer beware. Faucet has serious pressure issues.

I received two faucets that had the same exact problem. Very low pressure when using hot water. KPF-2631 Oletto model. Finally had to choose a different model to get a working faucet. KPF-1691 Britt model. Was without hot water in kitchen for 3 weeks. Kraus refused to publish my original review that contained much more detail.
