Bolden: Faucet head leaking water btwn parts

I've had the Bolden faucet for over 1.5 years now and I'm noticing that there are leaks at the faucet head; in 2 different places. When I turn on the faucet (either manually or by using the sensor) water is leaking around the top of the spout, at the end of the faucet. I've tried everything to turn the head of the faucet in a circular motion. I've tried pushing the components together and nothing. It's still leaking. I love the faucet but this is just awful.

Very Good Faucet

May 2024. I installed this chrome Kraus Oletto faucet yesterday. It's replacing a 30 year old chrome Delta single handle low arc faucet. These are my first impressions. The faucet was easy to install but took me about an hour. The manual says that the minimum required hole diameter is 1-3/8", and it's correct; I had to enlarge the hole from 1-1/4" to 1-3/8". I feared that the assembly would be wobbly, but the way the collar fits braces the assembly so that when installed it is quite solid...

love the touchless feature

I'm loving my new touchless faucet! It's so convenient, and my favorite part is the pull-down spray head with its extended range of motion. Now I can easily reach every corner of my sink. Definitely a game-changer!

Love my Oletto Touchless Faucet Matte Black

Love my new faucet. I was able to install w/o my husband's help. It is beautiful. The touchless feature works great and the faucet itself looks great! (I used command strips to secure battery box) If I could change anything I wish it had an optional plug in for the faucet.

Easy to install beautiful look

Just installed in the kitchen and very happy with the product. Very easy to install and look and feel of the faucet is great. I like the weighted hose feature to retract hose securely back to the housing. I did not want the faucet head to be drooping or look sloppy. More importantly, my wife loves it. (lol) I’m going to change out the butler pantry sink with the a faucet from the same family.

Nice faucet!

Wow this faucet is great. I like the height of it. Its tall but not too overwhelming. The sensor is very easy to use and in a convenient location. The matte black and stainless finish holds up very well. No complaints here

Weighted Hose Gets Stuck on Pipes

Title says it all. The weight on the hose gets stuck around / on / behind our pipes. So the hose does not always retract. It’s a pain. I honestly hate it.

Obsessed with this faucet!

We are obsessed with this faucet. It was super easy to install and we love that we chose 18" - allows for larger pots in the sink to fill with water or clean up.

poor quality plastic parts ruin the aesthetic.

purchased and installed this faucet four months ago. worked and looked great at the start. two months later my sprayer head starts a slow leak at the ball pivot. another two months and now the sprayer hear falls off when pulled from the holding mount. small plastic retaining clip around ball joint wore out. no longer holds back water or the head sprayer.

Leaky faucet

Great looking seems high quality but unfortunately it’s not even a year old and the spout is leaking at the swivel now end is so loose it falls off when you pull it out

Faucet spray button fell off

The faucet spray button fell off after one year and one month of usage. Just out of warranty.

Sprayer Issue

The faucet works great. But after six months, the sprayer had problem. It only work in spray mode and cannot switch to stream mode.

Drip, drip, drip

I love this faucet. It looks great and operates well. After 18 months, the spray head began to drip and drip, and drip. I finally contacted Kraus and they replaced the spray head at no cost but I had to pay $15 shipping. Very easily installed, we were happy to have a new one. It immediately dripped from the first day used. Kraus is sending another spray head. If it happens again, I don't know what to do. I really like the faucet and I don't want to purchase another one.

Very attractive. The only one issue

I like the pull down kitchen faucet. The only issue is, if you reduce the flow to conserve hot water, the spray returns to a single stream.

Great Quality and looks phenominal!

I would buy this over and over! I was a bit insecure about the motion sensor, however what I have come to find I really like, is that the faucet has a shut off timer! It is awesome while washing dishes and keeps me mindful of wasting water! Love it!

Motion sensor is inconsistent, not worth the high price tag

This was an expensive faucet and stopped within a year. The inconsistency of the motion sensor is getting worse and troubleshooting it with battery replacement and other fixes has not worked. Frustrating.

Poor quality for the price

I like this faucet and the Kraus brand altogether. I believe we just received a defective handle. After less than a year of use. The black color is chipping away at an alarming rate. Besides that, works like a charm.

Black paint chips away

We’ve had this faucet for a couple years now. It works very well. Unfortunately, the black paint started chipping on the front of the faucet and continues to do so. I would get a different one now if I were choosing.
