[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to go ahead and do my review, this faucet is sublime in its demand style. It appears to be well-built. Since we've just received it, it hasn't been installed yet, but I'm super excited about it. My husband says it shouldn't be too hard. Because of thisn I can't speak to the water flow or maintenance.

Pull down fails

We replaced the pull down within a year and now it has failed again. There is a design flaw or manufacturing flaw.

Unreliable and frustrating

I bought this faucet in Mar 2023 and within a few months the electronics failed. Krause replaced the entire faucet. Since that time, it occasionally has what we call "seizures" where it just goes on by itself and/or won't go off, or it simply won't go on. As of today, I have to crawl under the sink and touch the batteries in order to get it to go on and off. Nothing in the manual describes using this in an entirely manual mode, i.e. bypassing the electronics. Yes, the batteries are fresh. ...

Whoever designed this should be fired

This faucet is awful, it is also the third Kraus faucet I have bought that did not work correctly (To replace the previous 2). I thought if I upgraded I would get a better faucet but apparently not. The faucet is designed to not work if the sensor is not on, and you can only turn the faucet into mechanical mode if the batteries still work but have less than 10% charge. The sensor turns off when you touch the sprayer, which is super frustrating, and my sensor has taken to turning itself on and of...

First the 18 in. Commercial Style Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet in Spot Free Antique Champagne Bronze/Matte Black faucet has no water pressure, now the water is flowing out the top. terrible quality. Don't buy. Have only used it barely for a week.

Lever Broke Off

The lever broke off after only a couple years of use. This looks like a recurring issue after reading through the reviews. I'm not sure if it can be fixed since I think it was welded on. Seems like this should be screwed in instead.

Having trouble with a recent order stainless Oletto spray head with switch to change from solid water to spray keeps going into a mix between both very frustrating. KTF-3104

Hose isn't replaceable and leaks

Hose leaks after a few years and apparently can't be replaced. So much for a warranty. After a long Google search, apparently this is not uncommon.

Control module fails in less than 2 years

I installed this less than two years ago and it already has failed. Sure, it looked good and seemed to have good build quality on the metal parts, but the electronics and flow switching (aka control module) are definitely poor. The touch sensor no longer works even though the indicator light still lights on and off when tapped. The manual says there is an override in case of weak batteries though this is unhelpful when it is the actual switching valve (inside the black plastic box) that star...

Bought to go with my Kraus Black Sink. Seems to be very nice! Haven't installed it yet but may update after installation.

Not so good

Nice faucet, worked well for the first two years, and was a nice size for our location. Unfortunately, after two years, it started leaking from the point where the hose attaches to the faucet

Love this choice!

I am very happy with this faucet. The style, finish and functionality is a perfect match. At the click of a button I can choose to select spray or normal flow.

Pretty and durable faucet

We installed this in our outdoor kitchen and have been super happy with the quality and durability of this faucet. Even outside, it doesn’t get dirty or have water spots and is super easy to clean. I love how sleek it looks too!

Beautiful commercial style sink faucet

I am very satisfied with this sink faucet that pairs well with our workstation sink in our laundry room. It looks and works so great and has never given us any problems. We love everything about it and would buy it again!

High Quality Kitchen Faucet

We absolutely love this kitchen sink faucet. It is so easy to use and the touch option has changed the game for us! Truly makes turning it on and off so much easier when our hands are dirty while cooking. We have had countless people tell us how much they love our sink + faucet as well and a few people even buy it after using ours! We love how easy it is, the clean & simple look of it, and the pull down spray option as well. Safe to say, we love it so much and would absolutely order it again!

One of the world's greatest inventions

You don't know how much you need this faucet until you have it - it looks good all the time, no spots, and eliminated the need for a separate reverse osmosis tap so my sink area doesn't look cluttered. The separate reverse osmosis line built into the faucet is one of this world's greatest inventions, trust me!

button breaks after 3 years

We purchased the Boden Model #: KPF-1610SFS in July of 2021. We were very satisfied with our purchase--easy to clean, great function. However, the button to change the spray function has broken off. We dont use the spray function often so were quite surprised that the item failed within 3 years. Cant imagine any aspect of user error on this one. What a pain. I am following up w Kraus about warranty options, and will update regarding customer services.

Short run time and leaks

I love the look of this faucet. I bought it mainly for the touch feature and design. As many others have mentioned, it does come with flaws. We have only had this faucet installed and in use for about 6 weeks. The most frustrating thing is that it constantly turns itself very quickly, so if you have dishes, pots, pans that require hand washing, get ready to have to constantly be turning the faucet back on. Love it!

After using many different pull-down type faucets over the years, this is the very best one. It's easy to use, works smoothly, has a nice long hose, & so easy to keep clean. After 3 years, the finish looks like new.
