Tissue size is too small. What ever happened to the "he-man" size. Your company makes the tissues smaller and thinner too often. And they are TOO EXPENSIVE for what we get.

Thinner

These tissues are much thinner than my past purchases. I've bought Kleenex for over 40 years because I like the softness and thickness. My last purchase was much thinner

Ugly designs!

Like Kleenex and my go-to brand. UGLY boxes! Please consider more muted colors and designs- not all of us are buying for the classroom where it's good to have them stick out! Might have to switch to different brand.

I do not like the new design on the box!!

I always buy Kleenex tissues. I am just a plain person and I like your 2 ply tissues. They are nice and soft. I do not like 3 ply and I do not like lotion. Just plain! So why did you change the design on the outside of the box to something bold and ugly?!

I have been buying the 10-box of these for years, and the past year multiple tissues pull out at once--very annoying. It's more than one group of ten. Get it fixed. please! Or, I will start buying PUFFS.

Lousy plastic in boxes--not attached well.

I have always loved Kleenex products. In the past year I have noticed that the plastic which keeps individual tissues out to grab is NOT attached well at all and is often  useless making us dive into the box and pulling out many at once. This will cause me to stop purchasing Kleenex products. This is true of the trusted care rectangular box and the square box.

Inferior Product

Worst boxes of kleenex purchased in my many, many years of selecting the brand. Whoever designed the latest 2 strong layers did not take into consideration they are a new fold which also is not cut to get individuals but 2 layers come out together and unable to stop. As an "older" user, why give "kindergarten" motifs on the boxes Need dignified designs. Product is not what it used to be in design, cost, and quality.

Beautiful box and great product - need artist name

Love these! Can someone PLEASE tell me who the artist is on the expressions box?  It’s the green and purple box with the jaguar or leopards on it

Disappointed

Agree with those who say that they are not cut apart. You need to go back to the drawing table on that one. And what happened to the pretty boxes we used to get? Now they are gaudy and definitely don't fit my decor! Cheaper or what????

Not happy with them.

I'm not happy at all with this Kleenex. You go to pull one out and three of them come out. What a waist. Why do you do this? To make you buy more probably.

They aren't cut apart

Kleenex stopped cutting the tissues apart. They are now only perforated like toilet paper. This started during the pandemic and you never switched back to cutting the tissues apart. It's impossible to grab one tissue at a time. Every single tissue sheet in the entire contents of the box is connected making the product a waste. Not happy with tissues

The tissues don’t come out in a clean rip. They just continue  To come out. Very frustrating

Daily Must Have

Perfect for traveling or just to carry in your purse. I love these tissues as they are super duper soft and are great at absorbing. Also do not break like other tissues.

Annoyed and disappointed!

I buy Kleenex tissues exclusively. I am so disappointed in my latest bulk box purchase. The tissues feel cheap, rougher and thinner. The box is a major issue too. Removing the first tissue, the inner plastic lining becomes unglued  and is hanging loose. The tissues do not dispense one after another, but rather fall back into the box. This requires digging down to fish them out. I cannot believe this is the product you want with your name brand on it.

Takes two hands to get one tissue out of the box

I'm one of your best clients as I use many tissues a day, everyday of my life, because of allergies. They've been great but now I want to express my dissatisfaction with: 1. The new box design. One word: ugly! 2. The chemical smell. Never noticed it before until the newest 10-box purchase. 3. The dispensing of the tissues. Terrible colors

Product is fine; however, the design and new colors are awful!! The new colors look like a toddler picked them out.

Tissues need an upgrade.

We used to buy these all the time, however, we started buying Puffs instead solely because of the opening they use in their rectangular boxes. The Kleenix box is not user friendly. Once you put your hand in there a few times, the plastic stretches apart and the tissues fall back into the box so the next time you need one, you have to dig one out. If Kleenix changed this, we would be back to buying them. They need a larger opening similar to the Puffs brand. I'm sure a lot of people would agree.

Stop with the gaudy box colors!

Kleenex Trusted Care tissues are more coarse and scratchy than earlier versions, but my main complaint is the box design. Your change from subdued pastel colors to gaudy, splashy colors has caused me to choose a competitor's brand. I don't need a box of facial tissues to POP. They are supposed to serve a function -- not be a highlight of my home decor. Please switch back, or at least offer an alternative to these awful boxes.

Horrible Design

I love these tissues. They don't irritate my allergies because they do not have anything added to them. Seriously though the box design is absolutely the worst you guys have ever done!!!! It looks like Walt Disney threw up and swiped his fingers through it!!!! You guys need to change it ASAP!!!! I cannot express this enough.

Unattractive design colors

Great product, but the new box design is ugly and offensively bright. Please go back to the previous design or softer colors. I will use generic going forward. Too bad lowering the cost of kleenex wasn’t done rather than spending money on redesigning something that was fine to begin with.
