The 200 boxes are UGLY! Someone left a review stating exactly what I am going to say, pls stop ignoring comments. Switch to neutral colors to match people's decor. Also your website is difficult to navigate. Step up and do better!!

TIRED OF THE SAME DESIGNS

I have used Kleenex for many years, and have no issues with the quality, but I'm just about fed up with the same design. I don't like most of them, too bright, same color scheme, too "southwestern" style for my taste I guess. I usually buy the 4 pack of Trusted Kleenex Tissues and get the same design all the time, which goes with absolutely nothing in my home color wise. tissues connected together

Tissues are connected together and come out in a continuous stream. This causes me to waste tissues or to have to wad up the excess tissues and put on top of the box. I see other reviews pointing out this issue as long ago as 9 months. I assume this "feature" is intentional, since nothing has been done to address this problem..

Box designs are too bright and busy

Kleenex is my preferred brand of tissue. However, I have recently switched to another brand based on the box design and garish gaudy colors. Please consider more basic designs and colors that do not clash with decorating.

Love the product but the packaging is so bright and colorful while it makes it distinctive...i have been purchasing OTHER brands whose packaging is less obstrusive. Previously Kleenex always had more muted colors that blended with the environment. I hope those earlier patterns return soon. Thank you

HORRIBLE COLORS!!

BOXES ARE UGLY! CHANGE BACK TO NICE NEUTRAL COLORS. THESE CRAZY COLORS DO NOT MATCH ANY DECOR! EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING AND THE BOXES ARE GETTING UGLIER! PLUS THE PLASTIC FALLS APART AND TISSUES FALL IN THE BOX. AND PRICES KEEP GOING UP! I AM SWITCHING TO A NEW BRAND IF THIS CONTINUES.

Folding problem

I found a recent box of Kleenex had the sheets misfolded.  I suspect that one of your machines had a setup problem. Still a good product, just an observation.

More Toxic Chemicals

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You had the only tissue still available without added toxic chemicals that nearly 35% of the population is allergic to or with Multiple Chemical Sensitivites that was safe for us. What the heck is Clean Shield technology Conditioner? Can't you just make a safe product since your line is already loaded with dangerous versions?

Too thin. Too small, poorly designed box. Not what

I have used Kleenex for 70 years.  It is now smaller and even though it says 2 ply it is now too thin to absorb a single emptying of one side of my nostrils.  It also appears to be less wide than the original.  2 plates too thin to function correctly anymore.  Also perforations on top of box terrible to open.  Plastic  slot is poorly attached, and difficult to get started frequently torn off because of poor perforation of removable part.

Kleenex in 2 ply long box

I have been buy kleenex for a long time. I love that they don't g Rub your face or nose. But lately the tissues are stuck to each other. So when you pull one out 6 or 7 come out . It's a lot of money wasted or thrown away. Other thing I still buy them

Quality Has Changed

Have been using Kleenex brand tissues for decades.... I have allergies and most tissues make my nose red and also run even more. Within the past 6 months or so (since maybe mid 2024), the quality of the tissues and the boxes have changed. The tissues tend to come out connected to each other which ends up wasting tissues. Nothing is getting any cheaper and now we may have to try to find another product that will not annoy my nose. Sad.

Trusted Care Tissues, no longer trusted by us.

I have been using Kleenex brand facial tissues for 50 plus years. Until now, I have always been a loyal customer. Your product of trusted care facial tissues have declined so drastically they’re NOT worth carrying the name  Kleenex on the box. They are so thin that my fingers go through the tissue as I am blowing my nose. These tissues are no better than no-name brands. Annoying connected tissues

Being a lifelong user of Kleenex products (nearly 80 years), it has been VERY disturbing, disappointing and downright infuriating to now discover a production flaw, in my view, in which the tissues are connected, rather than separate inside the box. This is causing a string of tissues to exit the box with each pull of an anticipated single sheet. For whatever reason this "improvement" was put in place, it needs to STOP, immediately. Please bring back my single sheet Kleenex tissues.

These used to be my favorite, but the last few boxes I’ve brought have been so thin, you need to use two at a time. I’m a Procter and Gamble shareholder and I always preferred these over Puffs. I’m now in  search of a better product.

Goodbye Kleenex

Tissues are so much thinner than in the past. I might as well buy the cheaper brands now. Sorry to see the quality go downhill.

Terrible

I grew up with Kleenex and have used them all my life but now I will never buy them again. The plastic edge around the tissue (that holds the tissue up so you can grab it) is so weak that it stretches out and the tissue falls back into the box. I'm guessing that you have recently changed the plastic used in your boxes (probably to save money). As a result Kleenex is now a terrible product.

Like tie the tissues

I have been buying kleenex for years . I will stop now because of the rectangle box. It is hard to get the kleenex out of the box when it gets about 1/2 empty. I am 80 hands dont work as well.

Box colors

Why these colors? Are you marketing your whole line to children. I don't need a clashing Kleenex box in my decor. I just need a Kleenex.
