Upon receiving this product I noticed that it’s only an attachment part not the whole Set. Since it’s only an attachment I will have to purchase the other part. I’m thankful I can use this to make ice cream for my kids I know they will love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with this gadget! I was hesitant at first, but enjoyed the final product. I have to say the instructions for set up that came with it weren’t great. I had to watch a video online for set up. But it goes make soft serve ice cream very well! I did mint chocolate chip and it was tasty! It’s in the freezer now hardening. Yum!

Kitchen Aide Ice Cream Attachment

If you want a hard packed ice cream then you have to put it in the storage container and in the freezer and harden it up. It’s important to turn the mixer on before you add the ingredients or you could possibly break the plastic mixing paddle.

Easy to use and clean

My kids had a blast and the ice cream was so delicious. It’s super easy to clean as well. So far we’ve made 3 batches and I’m sure we will make many more over the summer.

I should of bought one sooner

This was my first time making ice cream. The directions were easy to follow and put together. Ice cream came out creamy and delicious. It was a hit for 4th of July! Cleanup was a breeze. This is going to be a staple every summer!

Perfect for summer!

I’m a sucker for fresh bananas in my ice cream (which is so hard to find), and Oreo ice cream. Note these will not work on professional series kitchen aids, only the tilt stand - so be sure to check compatibility before ordering! This is easy to use and clean. Definitely check this out so you can make creamy and delicious ice cream at home!

Easy to use

So easy and user friendly

I was too nervous to use a custard base so we went for an egg free recipe and it turned out SO good! It was so easy to assemble and was fairly quiet for the 25 minutes it ran (far quieter than the regular mixer. I am a big fan of how easy this was and it made enough for 7 of us to have small bowls!

Worth and fun to try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Maker Attachment it’s easy to use and works very well, the bowl was in the freezer for about 12 hours, and the ice cream took less than 20 minutes to be ready, the consistency was the same as the ice cream you get in the store. The pieces are well made, easy to install and clean.
