Perfect for summer - sorbet in a snap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with my KitchenAid because it can do everything. What I’m not obsessed with is my freezer because putting this bowl in to pre chill takes up too much space. However, it makes sorbet in a snap. I just wish it was smaller.

I have a hard time finding pineapple sherbet but I found a recipe and made it in my new KitchenAid Attachment and it made the most delicious sherbet! Easy to use

It starts off as a soft serve that you can out back in the freezer in a container for thicker consistency,it takes around 12 hours to freeze the actual bowl and after that it’s good to go. I am sure it needs some planning in advance for prepping things! The written instructions tell you to first insert the beater attachment to the chilled bowl, then start the machine, and then add your chilled ingredients. But I also looked up for YouTube video...

The most important thing to remember is to freeze the bowl for about 15 hours before you start making ice cream. My daughter is lactose intolerant, so I bought this attachment to make lactose-free ice cream for her. The process is very easy and very quick. Makes good ice cream

I really like how you just put the bowl in a freezer and you don’t need any salt to turn the ice cream. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the attachment was a little tricky to attach. You have to freeze the bowl for at least 15 hours before use. The ice cream does come out very creamy. I like how easy it is to clean also. You wash it by hand in lukewarm water.
