Flush mount fan and large air fryer tray.

Fell in love and then out of love!

I have always wanted to own Kitchen Aid appliances and was so excited. I wanted to love this multipurpose microwave, air fryer, oven, toaster. inconsistent

This microwave convection oven, owned for over a year, functions solely as a microwave due to consistent burning of all cooked items. The product, purchased for supplemental oven use, is highly disappointing. Thermometer readings significantly exceed set temperatures (e.g., 400°F instead of the set 325°F), indicating a need for calibration. However, calibration instructions are unavailable.

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave is not very powerful. Bake feature is difficult to use and does not seem to heat evenly because burning occurs on top. Clock constantly goes off for no apparent reason and is difficult to set. It took 4 people to set the time initially. It would be nice to receive a Users Manual but of course I have to obtain that myself on line.

Not worth the price

Love Hate

Buy something else

Does too many things, none of them well!

Gave me more counter space

Bought 6 mo. Just now doing a review because I wanted to give a good account. First there is always a learning curve with new things. The microwave works great to rewarm, still figuring out how to get the popcorn all popped, I had to learn to start my toast early to time it right for eggs, It takes a little longer time then the toaster oven. To bake cookies, I reduced the time 1 to 2 minutes or the bottom burn. Air fryer is ok. It does a good job in my opinion, And this unit freed up some count...

Great features/no instructions on how to use them!

Took us quite a while just to figure out how to set the time and date. The manual that comes with it is all about how to install it. Couldn't even find anything useful online for this model or by calling the service number. Really! For the amount we paid for this multi-feature microwave I expected some information...

Not very satisfied to this point

The owners manual is weak with little help as to how to use it, and the features difficult to understand and use. I have not had time to dig into the online guidance

A nice modern look!

Setting the time and date becomes difficult… Would be much better if it had a separate icon for that feature. The looks of the unit is great. Love that it is flush with my cabinets and nice feature not having a turn table. Would definitely recommend!
