Sleek microwave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 100% enjoying this new microwave! The matte black is beautiful. I have not tried all of the settings yet but am looking forward to baking and air frying. Also, I love that there is not a handle. Makes it look so much nicer.

Died after two uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave wa a lemon. Used it twice and the entire unit died. No display, no fan , no controls, nothing. Has had two techs out to repair and couldn’t make it work. We’re now waiting for a replacement to arrive and be reinstalled.

Horrible Warranty Experience

Only had this appliance for 10 months and it just stopped working. Before it completely stopped working it had troubles losing power and connecting to WiFi. Had to manually change the clock a few times a week. When it completely stopped working we reached out to file a warranty claim. What a nightmare!! The machine is fantastic;

I have only one complaint: I like to read, that is how I learn, I wish there was a booklet outlining all the great features.

It does so many things

I love this oven/microwave/air fryer/toaster+ device some things take a little longer to cook but it’s worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works fine, but frankly, I liked the one we installed in 2018 better (which died). I preferred the larger internal dimensions. I wish they still had a handle instead of pushing a button to open. I do like that the turntable is gone. The audio feedback cues are kind of funky. Finally, the time display is too small.

Think twice

I bought this microwave in april and in may they had to replace the fan now in october, they have to come out and replace something.Because none of the control buttons work... the exhaust fan is a little noisier than was described Maybe you will have better luck.

Functions well.

I picked this microwave for a new house installation. It has functioned as stated. I'm gradually using all of the cooking options. All of them have worked correctly. It's been in use for 15 months.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! It does so much, all in one machine. I’ve cooked and toasted and reheated and defrosted, all great. I have not used the air fryer function because there is no instruction booklet. Guess I’ll just have to work it out on my own. Anyway, except for that, I love the machine!

Bad product, bad service

A bad product with worse service. From the very first day we got it, it has many problems. Makes occasional grinding noise, the fan keeps on for 15 min even if the microwave runs for 5s. The microwave occasionally fails saying "power to your appliance was lost ...". The microwave takes forever to heat food. The service from KitchenAid is horrible, the replaced multiple parts, but problem persists, and keep sending technicians again and again without resolution. Would not recommend this produc...

Air fryer performance lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The airfryer takes double the time of a regular stand alone airfryer- very disappointing as this was the reason of purchasing this microwave.

Some of them we can’t understand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It required a new level of learning in order to learn how to use this but it’s nice. I would have liked to have a recipe book to learn how to use the air fryer part of the microwave. A handle on the door would have been a nice touch.

Pretty to look at but confusing to use

I would love a manual that actually explains each function or maybe some videos that show all of its capabilities. I would not recommend this product mainly bc of the limited access to information on how to use it.

Microwave

The microwave is complicated to operate so a manual in front of us would really be helpful. Could you please send us a manuals for the microwave, oven range and refrigerator we purchased. Thank You
