Outstanding micro combo

I debated quite a long time due to some negative reviews. BOY, I am so happy I decided to purchase this oven. Kitchenaid has a winner here! I was able to just read the prompts to set clock, utilize the different functions. User friendly in my opinion. Toast takes longer, who cares? Air fryer chicken was moist and evenly cooked. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT

Great upgrade

Looks great and works great, vent fan is awful

As a microwave it works great and heats quickly. I love all the different settings, although the menu makes it a little bit hard to navigate through them. It’s clunky and often slow. Two new microwaves died

The problem may be installation instructions that say it is only recommended that the microwave is on a separate circuit. It is not required. Our electrician verified that the circuit is fine but it also powers the range. At our cost we we will have a separate line installed for the microwave after Whirl...

Its a KitchenAid of course

Broke after a few months, parts STILL on backorder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The worst experience I’ve had with a kitchen aid product by far. It’s clear we received a lemon. But the fact that parts for this product are on back order suggests ours isn’t the only one. To be fair we also have a kitchen aid refrigerator and dishwasher and those appliances have had zero issues.

Big Mistake

This is 2nd Replacement…Takes 2 min. To warm a cup of coffee…There’s more…

I would recommend product but not Lowes

Lowes cares more about the letter of their policy instead of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Go somewhere else to buy this product.

Beautiful but not practical

I plugged it into a different socket on a different circuit, and it tripped it again. Also, there is no turntable and I find that I have to heat my items much longer than I had to with my 25 year old sharp 1200 watt microwave. The toasting feature takes way too long to toast two slices of bread. I haven't used the airfryer yet but I am not optim...

Woks like a slow computer and randomly resets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great looking microwave but the touch sensitive buttons don’t respond immediately when touched until a second or two later. We’ve had it for a month and it’s randomly reset itself mid cook mode than once and it won’t let you do anything until you reset the date and time first.

Broke less than a week after purchase...

I haven't had a microwave for two months after this broke less than one week after I purchased. Whirlpool is dragging their feet here on the warranty. Takes an hour to connect to a representative and they can't source parts to repair and won't replace. A joke of a product... I can't believe this is legal.

Combination air fryer and microwave with a great

Does nothing well

Has all the great features - but nothing well. Takes extra time to do anything. Zero manual besides the install manual, which I find crazy. I have had this for 1.5 years and keep thinking I will find a manual to help make it function better. I know- wishful thinking.

Awesome appliance!
