Looks Sharp, Cooks Well, Exhaust Fan Needs Help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks sharp when installed flush with cabinets, and heats well for a multi-function microwave. However, the exhaust fan blows all the grease from the range directly onto cabinets above. If you cook daily, plan on cleaning the cabinets once a week, or more, to avoid damaging them.

Piece of garbage

this broke 2 weeks after installation. Been chasing kitchenaid for 6 months for a replacement and and am getting the run around. Stay away!!!

Terrible microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave is terrible. Controls are confusing and instructions in the users guide do not match the controls. Something that should take 2 minutes to heat up can take 6 to 8 minutes

Stay away!

I bought this microwave because it was the only one that fit in the space over our cooking range. The microwave is totally ineffective in venting out the fumes even when it is attached to an venting hood. It recirculates 80% of the fumes in the kitchen. The result is a cough attack while cooking. The display cannot be switched off, so cleaning this microwave is a nightmare because you keep hitting the display. The microwave intensity is also weak. It takes 1.30 min to heat a plate of food

Lots of Features!

Perfect appliance to do it all

What a difference

I am impressed with all the new features especially air frying setting and look forward once I move in permanently to experimenting with each new setting.. I expect a learning curve on my part - my older microwave was top of the line 13 years ago. What a difference 13 years makes!

Beautiful Kitchen Appliance

Also, randomly at 8:22 pm every night, the exhaust fan comes on. I did not program it to do so. There is a not a place in the app to do so. Lastly, I came home from vacation and saw an error code that said service was needed and it's about 2 months old. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and turns out all it was was that power ...
