Wonderful Wall oven!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’ve had my wall oven for 2 months and I love it! I love that I don’t have to bend down as low to open the door! Having so many baking options is great, from the Proof option to the Air Fry. It’s easy to operate and it looks amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven door latches are different causing door to drop down before being shut. I do not like this feature. Why was it made this way?

Poor Customer service

We have dealt with the uneven oven heating. What is worse is their customer service. We started getting error codes after the warranty period. I went to order a new touch pad (Which isn't cheap >$500). They do not reply to emails (Somehow they get lost). They do not call back. You can chat if you are patient. I'll probably steer away from Whirlpool/Kitchenaid due to this.

Awesome Oven

I am a retired appliance salesperson. I have sold many of these and this oven is one of the best I have owned. It holds temperature great and is super quiet. The construction is excellent. I would highly recommend this oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. Has a built in air fryer, a temp control for coking that turkey. Can’t wait to use it. Cooked to the time of the biscuit package-they were golden brown and cooked to perfection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far so good. cookie baking went well and I've prepared baked chicken. I'm very happy with the extended pull out shelf. I also like the clean and clear oven bottom.

Size matters

I can't say anything about the oven, it hasn't been installed yet. We had the person at Lowe's check to see if it would fit the current opening and we were told it would. The installers came out and said it won't fit, the oven is too big. Now we have to get someone out to hopefully modify the current cabinet. If it can't be modified then we'll have to figure out how to return the oven we bought, pay another fee, and get an oven that fits, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! More money, nothing like being n...

Does mot heat properly
