I did find the convection option seemed to take longer to roast but I've only used it once so I need to use this setting more to really determine how I feel it performs. The easy roll out rack is incredible...I'd most likely by this oven just for that sliding rack. It's a game changer for me.

Faulty Oven and No Help From Customer Service

I purchased this unit and I too used the self clean oven feature like many people in the review's, and now my oven no longer works. The oven locked and lost power, it no longer works. I don’t understand why KitchenAid hasn’t recalled to replace this part or advised customers NOT to use this feature. I’m extremely upset that I used a feature on my oven is not working any longer, due to a faulty feature where this has impacted so many customers.

Great features

I’ve experimented with several recipes and learned very quickly not to follow the temperature listed on most recipes because the oven cooks extremely fast but very even which is a lifesaver for me with 3 homeschool children who love to eat😊

New toy

Started using the air fryer mode - there is a serious lack of information on how to set temperature and cook in this mode. You sort of have to wing it. The food does turn out really good. But the instructions on how to use and set temp and preheat not so much.

It's a great conversation piece

As with other reviews, this oven is beautiful to look at but disappointing to use. After having a local appliance repair service visit twice, they have assured me that there's nothing wrong with the oven, this is just how it performs. Baking is nearly impossible. It seems like the only function that works normally is the broiler. Baking, roasting, and their convection settings, struggle to heat past 375 and maintain a consistent temperature. I used to be a good baker, but now I hardly ever bothe...

Simple to use

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Beautiful, simple oven. Not a lot of bells and whistles and things that can go wrong. I do find it a little noisy when cooling down.

Beautiful Design But . . .

We purchased two of the 24 inch wall ovens and each was defective. The second repairman told us to never use the self-cleaning feature. In both ovens, once the set temperature was reached the oven would not maintain the cooking temperature and would cool down. Replaced thermocouples and had wiring altered in attempt to fix with no success. These ovens look great, but something is wrong with their temperature controls.

Easy to understand and every setting we have tried so far, we have been pleased with the clarity of setting the oven and the performance. It also makes a great presentation in the kitchen.

KitchenAid Wall Oven Junk

Doesn’t get hot at all! Mfg doesn’t calibrate the oven. They expect the consumer to do this and guess how much you should increase the oven calibration..

Great Oven

Air fryer and oven all in one!

Defective oven - and it scratches so easily

First, my electrician installed the oven and despite wiring it correctly, the oven sparks at the junction box and trips the breaker. I can’t even test the oven because it will not stay on. Removing and installing the door is incredibly difficult as the directions essentially say nothing. While replacing the door to complete the install, my husbands Oura ring (with no sharp edges) scratched the stain...
