Great Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am completely satisfied with this oven. It would be nice if all of the racks came with rollers instead of just one. The timer is a little weird, but just took some getting used to.

No Blue interior nor Wi-Fi as stated

The product specificstion are not correct. This is NOT a smart oven with Wi-Fi nor does it have the blue interior. The store model had the blue interior.

The sale department need to know the product

I like the quality finishing, the sleet design of the stainless stee l and after purchase and installing i read about the blue enamel concerns on chipping, however i trust the Kitchen Aide company their are known for their durability product.

Good basic microwave

Terrific oven and great service from Lowe’s

Great oven. Air fry and convection work great. After installing, obvious that door had been damaged and bent with a crease in the stainless steel. Installer immediately called to get a work order to re-replace the oven. Left the damaged but operational oven in place so we could cook until the replacement would arrive. This was terrific service from the third party installer as well as Lowe’s. Very impressed and pleased.

installation

The installation of wall Oven is fine. However, we have a question about the disconnection charge of about $101 for our old wall oven. We thought this charge is included in the haul away service. Beside, we were not told in advance!

Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new wall oven was a great help during the holidays. It heats evenly and made baking and roasting simple and reliable compared to my old oven. I like having three racks for cookie sheets, and I put the rolling rack in the middle, which made heavy roasting pans easy and safe to deal with. It is straightforward to use and I expect it to be reliable. It has been a solid addition to my kitchen.

Great product

The install was easy and has worked great for the month we have used. The air fryer function has made it much easier than the small countertop air fryers

Love the look, features to match!

Exactly what I was hoping for and more. The included probe was an added bonus as we cook a lot to specific temperatures. The air frying feature is the hidden gem though. It heats so quickly and cooks quickly too. It allowed us to get rid of our countertop air fryer. The sliding rack is the cherry on top for convenience. Overall just incredibly pleased.

Great Cooking Poor Lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven to replace a similar model. This oven cooks very evenly and has done so with great consistency. Two issues that made my rating lower—only one of the lights actually works so it is very dim when trying to determine if a dish is finished cooking and there is no instruction manual provided upon delivery that helps explain why the set cooking temp from the factory is off by a few degrees. Our oven purchases

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two Kitchenaid ovens 6 weeks ago and we are not so happy…one of the ovens is not heating to the correct temperature. As a matter of fact, it is way under heating…I am a baker and have to add at least 15 additional minutes to my regular recipe times. These are recipes I have been using for over 30 years. We removed two 30 year old Kitchaid’s that kept perfect oven temp…and we would like this addressed!
