(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So far excellent stove. The convection bake seems to take longer to cook things if there are multiple dished in the oven. Have not tried the air fryer yet.

Temperature Variation Is Unacceptable
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven does not bake evenly. I’ve called the repairman out twice, on the second visit he replaced the sensor and checked the temperature and the right side is 25 to 30 degrees cooler and the repairman said the the variation was writhing the normal range. I disagree, I can see maybe five degrees difference, but no more than that. Everything on the left side seems fine, but on the right side, everything is underbaked. I am requesting a Kitchen ...

Easy to clean
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new stove. I do wonder why one of my elements makes such a loud noise. Not all the elements are noisy.

Mystery to operate
Just received my new induction range today, very excited...but found the manual wanting. Also searched the website. Very little to nothing published in the way of instruction on operating the burners on the top of the range. Checked out the manual and the Product Guide, which are apparently the same thing, but found no guidance. I can make it work, but some of the electronic controls are a mystery (i.e. the melt/boil wording next to the front burner controls -- don't see how these are activa...

Great choice
Would Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very good induction / convection oven. The electronic temperature control is not particularily user friendly, and the opening handle for the low compartment is great to knock your ankle on. Overall pretty satisfied.

Nice range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the new range. The induction cooktop and convection oven are new to me. I am learning how to use them, and it has been fun. Some minor issues - 1) My old KitchenAid had a black and gray speckled cooktop. The new all-black cooktop shows more dirt. Easy to clean up but I must keep after it. Perhaps the all-black is more "neutral" to go better with countertops. 2) About the controls - I have fingers which don't interact well with...

Mostly good
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this range for a few weeks now, and have put it through its paces. Starting off with the good: This thing heats up fast and the oven stays hot. The cooktop will absolutely boil a quart of water in well under a minute, and a pasta pot only takes a few minutes to reach a rolling boil. The oven doesn't overshoot the temperature either, so it's safe to put things in before it's preheated. The roll out rack is a literal backsaver too....

Will break down quickly
I have this same model and after only 2 years, 10 months the oven has stopped working. I would not recommend buying this product unless you are planning to move away and leave this ready to fail product to the next occupant. Kitchen Aid, when it was a subsidiary of Hobart. had great products. Now that they are under the umbrella of Whirlpool quality is horrible. Another example, I bought a K45SS stand mixer in 1981 and it lasted 35 years of heavy use. When it finally died, I bout the same model ...

Range failure
Had this range for less than 2 years before the cooktop stopped working. The repair is almost half as much as a new oven. I cannot afford to and would not buy a kitchen aid range again.

Oven Temperature
Love the range is Kitchen-aid quality. Oven is a puzzling. After 20 minutes did not reach 350 degrees. Oven thermometer set in side center reported 300 degrees both baking and convection. Moved temperature up to 475 degrees and got closer to 450 after and other 15 minutes. Looking for help.

Convection cooking is Amazing.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love this new convection range - cooking speed is amazing and so nice to not have to worry about forgetting to shut it off since it does so automatically once the pan is removed. Also love how the pan handles remain cool.

More tutorial info please
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using for a few weeks. Wish it came with more info or tutorials about use. The induction is new to me. I Have not found too much on the Kitchenaid site either. Maybe I don't know where to look.

Great Looking Range - room for improvement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the range for 2-3 months. It looks great and functions well. Overall, we are happy with it. I’ve noted two aspects of concern though. It is very easy to turn on the oven unintentionally with the touch controls. We are developing a habit to lock the controls when not in use to prevent this. It has already happened twice, but luckily noticed fairly quickly. The other concern is related to temperatures of exposed surfaces when using t...

Amazing oven!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second KitchenAid range, and I am so glad I got an induction cooktop. It's amazing how fast it heats up and cools down. Looking forward to making bagels in the steam oven.

Sensitive oven buttons, need better user manual
Would Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The range is great however it has extremely sensitive oven buttons. You have to be very careful about not hitting ther buttons while cooking as that turns on the oven. The user manual that comes with range is not adequate i had to go to the website and download detailed versions. Its very hard to find meaning of an error or why the range just display an "E" when you turn it on as documentation doesn't say anything for it in troubleshooting sect...

Love the induction cooktop
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started using mine. Love the induction cooktop but don’t like where they put the controls for the oven. If you are a messy cook like me things get spilled on it. Because it is recessed in the stainless panel it is hard to clean. I also don’t like how hot the front of this panel gets when the oven is on. I do love the way it looks ! I haven’t been able to use all the functions of the oven. I’m not a big cooker so I mainly purchased it to ...

Everything cooks fast and even
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This induction range is amazing! This is our first one, and I wish we had made the switch sooner. On the Boost setting, it can boil a pot of water in just one minute. Although I never timed our gas range, it seemed to take around 10 minutes to boil water. Watching it boil at this speed really shows you what a 'hard' boil looks like. The range is easy to clean and looks great too, which I love. We've only used the oven once for baking, but it ...

Not happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter severely BURNED her fingers on the drawer of the drawer. It takes a very long time to heat up and cook. Preheating takes a long time.

Great Features
Would Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Very happy with this model. Had all the features I was looking for. Other brands that I was looking at only had 1 or 2 features that were on my list and this one had them all.

Great induction range
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a month ago and it works great. I'd give it 5 stars except the keypad is very sensitive so I lock it a lot. But it's spacious oven is wonderful and baked evenly.
