Previous range also induction convection once but this range cooks differently from my previous electrolux Don't like stove top buttons as everything turns on or off can't turn one burner off and let the others cook

Bought this stove about 8 months ago. Love love love it!! Would buy it again!!! Beautiful and so easy to clean also safe!!! Can’t say enough about it!!!!

Doesn’t heat well

I bought this range less than a year ago. It is not a very powerful range. I had a repair person come look at it cause I thought it was running on full power. He told me it was my pots and pans. So I invested in stainless steel one piece induction pots/pans. It still doesn’t work well. To simmer a pot you need to have it on 7/10. Anything lower it barely cooks. Always need to use high levels when cooking. Very disappointed in this item and that I purchased new pots/pans and it still doesn’t work...

Modern Technology in a Range?

Beware!

I bought this oven, and loved it at first. It works great with cast-iron pans without scratching the glass top. The whole silver top of the oven and sides gets unusually ***hot. Like burn your skin hot, if you touch it too long. Our cabinets are even getting hot near the oven it's next to. (Not normal) We replaced our first one, and our second one has the same problem. Disappointed!!

Do not buy - kitchenaid isn't what it used to be

We purchased this range in 2021, having always really enjoyed Kitchenaid appliances and products. Something major has broken every year - the motherboard has been replaced, the heating elements each broke, the fan stopped working, and now the oven takes 2 hours to get up to temperature (it's reminiscent of the heating element that broke in 2022, so I'm assuming that's what it is again). Kitchenaid did offer to extend the warranty the first two times, but now has deemed our four-year-old oven to ...

I have questions unanswered

I did think that KitchenAid did not made it easy to find the owners manual on how to actually use the functions on this exact range. The quick start only covered the very basics. So far the missing range rack has not been provided. This does not reflect on the range itself but the customer service handling the claims.

Beautiful appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this range so that my mother who has dementia can’t accidentally turn on the stove. I’m now thinking “how have I lived life without an induction stove. It’s my favorite of the several appliances I’ve bought. 1. It’s very beautiful 2. It’s not a huge learning curve. 3. Heats evenly and quickly. 4.You can’t turn on a burner if there isn’t an induction friendly pot on the burner. Would highly recommend.

Doesn't last very long, buy with caution

I bought a Kitchen Aid Induction Range 3 years ago and half of the burners stopped working. I was informed that it is already out of warranty and the replacement part needed is not available for a 3 year old range.

Not impressed

It does not readily recognize a touch, especially with wet fingers, etc. Simple, old-fashioned knobs would be FAR better. Outside gets hot when oven is on, really hot

Great stove

Range with Air Fry not good!

The digital elements settings are difficult to manage, especially if you have 4 burners going. Nothing can touch the digital screen (like a lid or water) because it turns everything off.
