Excellent product

Insufficient Documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit, but documentation is far from suitable. A company is glad to accept 4K+ for an appliance, but is too cheap to produce a first class manual to match. I know that this is a bad trend, but what is provided to download outside of install and basic menus is extremely poor. You should be ashamed to leave an investor clueless on how to use accessories for the air fryer and how would you accomplish making use of that new feature.

Great features

Great oven, poor support.

I sent 3 emails and spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with support. They didn't really help except for a recommendation that I take a photo of one of the items and use Google Lens to identify it. A few hours later, I was able to identify the items as being used by the Microwave Convention oven. Crisper and grabber, rack, and tray. Nothing...

Great unit!

Replaced Bosch top of line units that were separate - and both the micro and oven failed over a short period of time…. Love this unit- also bought the KitchenAid warming drawer that is awesome!!

Great Range

Oven doesn’t maintain temperature very well

The one thing I am dissatisfied with is the stability of the oven temperature. The temperature feedback system appears not to be very precise: the temperature in the oven will drop below the set temperature (I keep track with an oven thermometer) before the heating will engage to reestablish the set temperature. For example: can I leave the rack in the microwave when I am using it? How many minutes should it take to heat up a plate of leftover pasta?How do I clean glass doors? Great features but missing my Convection Roast

I had a KitchenAid Microwave/oven 27" combo that needed replacing after 10 years. I especially liked that my prior KitchenAid had Convection Roast. Purchased this replacement in April and had to wait one month to receive it as it was backordered. When I got my new 27" combo, it had Air Fryer included. BUT, there is no longer a mode for Convection Roast and nothing in the on-line manual to indicate what to use instead of this mode. Also, there is no light in the microwave so you can't see wh...

We Are In Love!!

Like the blue interior of oven

One major problem we had with the purchase, it came with zero instructions on how to operate. Had to go between internet and you tube for operating procedure. Very annoying. Seems if you purchase an expensive product it should have basic operating instructions. What would happen if I didn’t have access to a computer? Comes with accessories with no clue what to do with them.

Microwave does not open to the side.

Significant improvements over previous model!

Love this combo

I have the earlier version of this combo that doesn’t air dry and is the 30”. I love this combo Going on 8 years of heavy use with my in home cottage cupcake and specialty cake business, and it doesn’t disappoint. And for the review that states they can’t use the microwave when the oven is in use, u use the touch controls on the upper left to operate the microwave
