We've been eyeing it for years, and finally after an exhaustive review of other units, committed. We couldn't be happier with the ease of use and cooking quality. The Broiler is insanely hot and can crisp up anything fast. The Convention Oven is great and easily converts are recipes. And the Air Fryer! Dude this thing does fish and French fries perfect. Beautiful unit, sturdy and quality...

No crisper pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still cannot redeem to get my crisper pan. I purchased this in September 2025 and still showing out of stock! This is absolutely ridiculous. This unit is not cheap and the crisper pan should be included. This is my second purchase of this wall oven/microwave combo. Twenty five years ago it was included. Kitchenaid do better! Send me my pan!! I love my oven combo but why did you start leaving out a main cooking dish to use the crisper?!?

Mostly positive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our oven but the popcorn button does not cook all the popcorn kernels. A lot are left in the bag. We got email saying we get a free crisper pan with wall oven. It is back in stock now but will not accept the coupon code. The air fryer works great.

Kitchen Aid Wall Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the oven was installed there are marks from packing on the stainless steel. I called to have someone come out and attempt to repair it, but all the representative did was take pictures. It still has not been fixed and the representative was out here a week ago. I have heard nothing since. Hence, I am not very happy.

No support from KitchenAid regarding operations

This is my second microwave/oven combination from KitchenAid. I'm feeling frustrated with the lack of information on operation of the appliance. Why don't you put out an operations manual with pictures, or a video. I don't like this "figure it out yourself" attitude. Also, there was no labeling with the accessories package, so good luck with those. There was no crisper in the accessories box. Step it up KitchenAid!

Bad start

Poor quality control?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave turntable motor did not work right out of the box! Waiting for a replacement motor.

Only had it for three days, but it works well.

Good product but came out of the box with several discoloration and blemishes that I am attempting to have fixed. Also, the seal on the bottom of the microwave is not applied properly.

Love to bake

Trying to find recipes online so I can use the Easy Convection and Air Fry Mode. A Microwave Crisper was to be included in the purchase, but I have not yet received it.

Burning Wheels -Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave and Air fryer: Not a powerful. It's take long time for heating. Ring under rotating glass plate iwheels are burning and sparking due to not freely rotating. Poor quality. Owen is good.

Pleasure to use

The oven takes a long time to pre heat and there is no pause during microwaving are perhaps the most obvious problems I ran into over the short time I've had the oven, but its versatility, conveniences and over all pleasure to use are strong.

Beautifully designed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wall oven is so beautifully designed! So far, I love the wall oven's versatility. I particularly love the size of the oven. My former 27" wall oven space was much smaller. I used the microwave and the lower regular oven tonight to prepare a full meal.The only thing I wish was available when purchased, was a quick guide to all of the features with some example recipes, but other than that, it's a great wall oven and I highly recommend it.

Difficult to modify cooking parameters during cook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like: one roll-out rack Dislike: cannot change temp while running. Likewise, can't change start time or stop time. Have to cancel all settings to change it. Microwave run time cannot change while running. Touch "buttons" are not backlit. Printed options are hard to see in dim light.
