Do NOT buy it!

I bought this oven last year and was extremely disappointed by it. I expected more as this range was not cheap but there are multiple features that i dislike about it. First of all, the most annoying thing about it is how sensitive the buttons are. If I'm baking something and accidentally touch the keypad, many times it'll just turn off the stove, which is frustrating. Or if I'm wiping down the stove top something will accidentally get turned on because the buttons are just WAY too sensitive. Ev...

Love the Look

I’ve tested the oven a few times, and the stove top seems to cook evenly, with lots of choices for size to work with my cookware. Unfortunately, there is a flaw on the cooktop. Great Features - Easy to Clean

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

We bought this in October, the plastic seal around the glass top is chipped off after 1 week. It is a very ugly feature of the range, I have no idea why they need to put a plastic seal around the four sides. The glass top is very difficult to clean, not as easy as our old Frigidaire Conventional slide in range. It does cook food fast though.

Great Range

Great looking oven, good features

Nice look

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love the stove top. Cleans up easy. The oven keeps hot for a long time so if you cook something and want to leave it in make sure you shut it off about 10 minutes before so it doesn’t overcook. Wish it had a cook and shut off by itself option.

Help me Kitchen aid

We renovated our kitchen in 2015 with mostly Kitchen Aid Appliances: Two ovens, Microwave and hood vent. All items except the YKSEB900ESS (30" Convection slide in range) have been great. The first two minths while cooking my wife dropped a pot and busted the glass. After about 1.5 years the cooling fan in the back went and the oven was inoperatable until we paid money to get it fixed. Now in 2019 the oven wont heat past about 150 F and one of the burners isnt performing like it use to. Fortun...

So-so range

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Not a good choice. Who needs an over this large as it takes a long time to reach desired temperature. The convection conversion is confusing and the cook top is hard to clean, which is very often. Baking drawer is not high enough to be of use. 3 in 1 element is very good. Nothing will ever compare to my induction range. Spend a little more and purchase an induction range.

Very nice looking... but ...

The aqua clean oven cleaning is basically ineffective.... leaving us to hand clean the inside each time. We much preferred the older Frogidaire range we had that did the conventional high heat cleaning. The range top glass at each element quickly became mottled despite gentle use... we cant get the surface smooth again so it looks less than great. Not impressive for an expen...

Don't buy it

Had 3 of these delivered to my house all with manufacturing defects. Used the recommended cleaner and the surface symbols are wiping off. Glass surface is impossible to clean and now 2 of the burners stopped working. We have had the unit for less than a year. Stay away!!!

Oven Capacity- space for all dishes

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am enjoying my new range for month now and wish I can made the upgrade sooner! Love the even heat, oven capacity lets me cook virtually 4 dishes at same time. Plus my oven drawer is a bonus. Appreciate the quality of Of a Kitchaid product.

great overall

This is the best range I have owned ( and because of my age I've had a few ) the top elements have great adjustment have excellent high and low temps , the oven bakes to perfection ( four loaves of bread no problem with very minor temp.differences . The only weak spot is the lower oven could be 1 to 1.5 inches deeper

Not so Hot!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The oven won't heat up past 390 degrees. Asked for service appointment and the technician said that he would have to order a part. Haven't heard from him even after again dealing with the service department - unbelievable.

Getting used to it

Clean and simple look!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The range was bought a month ago. Very easy to clean cooktop with specified cleaner. Nice features on top like the single, dual and triple burner all in one. Oven is great and versatile. Great baking and roasting in convection bake. Great cleaning feature for oven. Lower baking oven great for warming anything. I just love to bake or roast in this oven. Controls are easy to deal with. Very happy with it all.

Steam bake!

Excellent stove top and easy cleaning

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Quick learning curve to use controls. Like the bottom drawer oven. Pull out rack so convient. I hate the fan runs for 2 1/2 hours to cool off the oven. I end up opening the door to cool off oven faster. This is the one thing that made me consider returning my purchase. I desired to keep it after doing an informal poll of friends and they had the same experience with never ovens
