Do not buy!

All style no substance. Wife liked the looks of this and the matching fridge and dishwasher. However this stove is terrible! Despite the dials only settings seem to be off or High. As a result food it either undercooked or burnt. Stay away from kitchen aid appliances, they need to stick to mixers

Mostly pretty happy

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The controls could have benefitted from a cover or something to avoid accidental shut downs while baking... Finding the oven takes a while to warm up. Convection cooking is awesome. I get great results with the proof mode for the bread I bake Stovetop is great! We find our food to be way hotter when we serve. Able to control stovetop temperatures quite well.

Does not live up to Kitchenaid name

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This range is a disappointment and not what I expected from Kitchenaid. The stove top is difficult to keep clean and after only three months service was required to replace a burner switch. Most disappointing is the "Aqualift" oven cleaning. I do not let the oven get too dirty and three cleaning cycles still did not clean a stubborn stain on the back wall. Having to remove the racks and clean manually is frustrating.

Good function but scratches too easily

Our solution is to broil for 5-10 minutes and then set the oven, which decreases the time needed significantly. The warming drawer temperature is lower than stated. Great features and beautiful in our kitchen

Good features

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had my new glass top range since late Aug. 2020 and I am surprised at the capacity it has to hold multiple items to cook at one time. I am used to a gas range that did not take quite as long to preheat. I do appreciate the easy steam way of cleaning the interior. I question if we can use other cook top cleaning products vs. only the Affresh brands as the Affresh cooktop and stainless steel cleaners are a bit hard to find in my neighbo...

Great look - works well

The burner control buttons are very sturdy and won't turn on by leaning on them or brushing passed them. The electronic control key pad is quite touchy and it's easy to change settings without meaning to . Love that I can also bake in the warming drawer just wish it was a little higher. Otherwise very pleased with this product and it looks great too!

Love the Baking drawer as an added option for keeping things warm & baking apple chips! A bit frustrating with the "start", "cancel", "timer on/off" buttons - keep hitting the wrong ones & the oven shuts off.

The elements say simmer, well, don’t turn your back on them, they keep boiling when you have it on simmer, found that out the hard way. 3+ stars. Takes WAY too long to heat up!

We've had this stove for almost two months now. While we were impressed at first, that feeling has lowered significantly. This stove looks amazing and has tons of features, but when you get down the basics, it falls short. This stove takes 25 minutes to pre-heat to 425degF! Love the "Even Heat" Burners

Very disappointing! Too much money for bad design!

I bought this range two and a half years ago and am very disappointed by its overall performance! Cooktop elements are heating up very slowly. The three in one burner on the left front is absolutely useless except for heating up. The simmer mode is much too hot even on the lowest level and will burn everything if not watched very closely. Love the large capacity oven & separate bake drawe

Amazing Oven!!!

Love the look!

I love to cook but am finding the clean up of the surface time consuming even though I use the recommended products. I don’t know why the surface has to be so shiny and black?? Sure wish that we were connected to gas!
