Good machine (so far), bad documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working fine but documentation for use is miserable. Not all illustrations fit machine purchased and there seem to be features on our machine that are not explained in documentation provided, but it is so incomplete, who can tell?!

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new dishwasher almost two months and love it! It is quiet and cleans so well. I had another Kitchenaid for 14 years and this is the replacement. I did not need a third row, and this allows taller items to be placed on the upper rack. It is all very quiet.

Generally a good dishwasher

A couple of changes would be welcome - I would like to see another setting on the top rack to lift it up one more notch so that tall items in the lower rack would not be hit by the rotary washing arm. The spacing in the racks is tighter compared to our old KitchenAid DW so some of the larger breakfast bowls don't fit that well and tilt o...

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month in and so far I am very happy with my dishwasher. It is very quiet and gets the dishes perfectly clean. Plus the inside still looks shiny and new.

Not recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't great at cleaning dishes at first, then the soap dispenser broke with a month, and then the motor went out and I'm waiting for the part to come in to be fixed and it's only 5 months old!

Good value = dont spend extra on the super quiet

Good value. Didnt need it to be ultra-ultra quiet. This dishwasher is plenty quiet. Can barely hear it as is.

Quiet washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought and installed this dishwasher about a month ago. Very pleased at how quiet it is during the cycles. Installation was seamless. I only gave a 4-rating due to the hose clamps. I had to replace them with adjustable banded hose clamps. Following the instructions the dishes are clean and spot free. Overall very happy with the purchase

So quiet!

Great features, easy to use.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We had this model previously and were very happy. This newer version has a better placement of the controls. Also the feature that allows you to raise or lower the top rack is helpful. So far, so good.

Just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced another KitchenAid washer, so I have a basis for comparison. It’s noisier, much noisier. The fold-down cup holder on the top rack would not fold level, I had to take it off and grind down some plastic with a Dremel. The interior of the washer is smaller. On our old washer part of the bottom rack folded down to accommodate larger bowls, this one doesn’t. All in all, this KitchenAid is not as good, and doesn’t seem b...

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my old dishwasher a few weeks ago. My new KitchenAid is disappointing. It took FOUR HOURS using a sani-rinse & extended dry. And if you don't bathe you dishes in a chemical rinse aid, at the end of four hours, there will be so much water on the sides of the dishwasher & silverware caddy, it's unbelievable. WHY? My old dishwasher was done within an hour, no rinse aid, dry as a bone. The KitchenAid also makes odd starting & stop...
