It is not only a beautiful red color to match all of my other KitchenAid appliances, but it offers such great features. It can accommodate 4 slices of toast at once; it can accommodate bagels; it beeps before the toast pops up so you can be ready to grab the warm slices; and it looks great on my counter. Favorite toaster I've ever used!

Dark Toast
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love dark (really dark) toast. I find that on select level 1 I have my dark toast and I love the fact that it dings when toast is ready. Bagel setting helps to warm bread for people who do not like the darker toast. I really wish the no. 1 setting was a little lighter for my other family members.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an old, inefficient toaster, and glad we did. It has several features built in, the best of which is the self-centering of the brackets to accommodate the size of bread, bagel or English muffin. The only drawback we found is the size of the toaster. It is larger than most and takes up an entire cabinet shelf or must be housed on the countertop.

Very disappointed.
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with this toaster. It does not toast evenly at all, and the "ready" tone is silly, it sounds at the same time as it goes up, which is loud enough. The measurements were not correct so it doesn't fit where we planned on storing it. Right now it's back in the box, and I'm using my old Sunbeam because it seems better to me now after using this expensive one and not happy. And the red color is cheesy, very plastic color.
