Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an old 2 slice toaster. This toaster toast more evenly and don’t have to keep adjusting when you toast multiple slices. The bagel feature is very nice as well as you do not have to pry it out with a knife like we had to with our old toaster.

It is imposible to get a light toast
Would Not RecommendIt is not possible to get a light toast on this toaster. I have to stand beside it and manually pop the bread up halfway through even when it is set on level 1. Is it possible to adjust the temperature or time?

Would Not RecommendThis was a Christmas gift. We asked for a 4 slice toaster to upgrade from a 2 slice other brand toaster. We thought a KA toaster would have no problems, so we unpackaged it to conserve space traveling back home with our family of 6. Upon setting it up a few weeks later, I adjusted the setting to a 2.5 to make toast. The toast took very long and was very dark. The toast lever is also difficult to push down and latch. I love that it's not just a four-slice toaster, you can also set different settings for each side. This works out great because I like my toast dark and my husband likes his light! It toasts perfectly with an easy dial setting. I also like that each side has it's own little crumb tray. I couldn't be happier with it!
