Would Not RecommendLooks really nice, works okay. (same as all of their products). First one toasted unevenly so I had it exchanged. Got the new one a couple days ago, same exact thing. Both sides, both toasters: well toasted on top, slightly toasted on the bottom. KA can't even get a toaster right, that should give you an immediate warning on their appliances.

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am not happy with this unit has it is not calibrated or toast evenly. It still has has this odor from one side which is the side that is not calibrated and will burn the toast if you put it on level 3.

Wonderful Toaster

The two levers have a cheap feel and seem like they're going to break. Hope I get a year's use out of this. For the time being, it does make toast.
