Nice and big

Love the lights

My favorite new appliance!

Love that we could get it without ice/water in door (looks so sleek/clean), love the black stainless & just love the large size. Cabinets designed around this piece.

Good fridge space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last week. I was nervous initially as 3 hours after it was plugged in, the fridge went from 34 to 59 and had an error. The fridge was actually cold, the 59 indicator was incorrect and I was unsure how to fix it. The fridge space is very good but the ice box takes up a ridiculous amount of freezer space. It's a very bad design as another freezer drawer would be so much more beneficial than the wasted ice space.

Beautiful refrigerator

Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would consider this a giant size ‘standard’ fridge. Not bad, not amazing. Pretty much paying extra only for the size. But compared to comparable choices ( most of which start at 5k more ) this is a steel. We are satisfied

48” built in refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had refrig installed 8 days ago and do not have any problems. The unit is substantially quieter as compared to the Subzero it replaced. The finish of the interior drawers is not consistent with the high price. Our drawers had chips on the front edges probably from banging around during shipping and as a brand new unit tells us quality is not up to Subzero standards

Great Design-- more storage space than competitors

We purchased this 48" side-by side refrigerator, after comparing to the Sub-Zero 48" and the Thermador columns (30" frig and separate 18" freezer). We only compared models with an ice maker, but no ice or water dispenser. The KitchenAid has a lot more freezer space than the Sub-Zero (10.8 cu ft vs 9.8) and a bit more refrigerator space (19.3 vs 19.1). The Thermador columns are elegant, but only have 16.8 cu ft refrigerator space and 8.6 cu ft freezer space. The KitchenAid has been very q...

Beautiful new refrigerator

Sleek

Runs quiet and is convenient to use

This KitchenAid was a match in terms of installation in existing space. It runs cooler and quieter than the sub-zero. Love the led lighting inside. Gap between upper and door panels

This review is solely based on the appearance of the panels once installed. As you can see from the pictures, there is approximately a 1" gap between the upper panel and the door panels. The exposed aluminum is significantly larger than the photo shown on the Kitchenaid website. The Kitchenaid rep was shown a picture and told my supplier that it appeared to be correct. The panels were ordered from my cabinet manufacturer and are the correct size per the specifications. The installation was ...

Direct Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a direct replacement for a Kitchenaid refrigerator that was 20 years old and was starting to give me problems. This one is less noisy, except for the ice maker, but that isn’t really a problem. It cools down quickly and is much more efficient. It says that it is the same size but it seems bigger. We have had it for 2 months and I could not be happier.
