Would RecommendI have been using my new range for over 3 months now. It is the first time I have owned a ceramic top range and I love it. It is easy to keep clean and I like the fact that the elements are concealed. The warming tray feature is a plus and although at time of purchase I wasn't thrilled with the knobs on the front I find it is much better than reaching over steaming pots to get to the controls. Also, the control lock feature is a BIG PLUS. I made the change from a built - in double oven to this s...

Nice All Around Performer
Would Not RecommendI've had this stove about a month. I purchased it to replace my previous Kithenaid model of almost same exact specs. Mine was already 9 years old. Anyway, I am happy overall with this model except I have 1 gripe. Though a big one... The control touch screen is way too sensitive. I was using the oven once, and 3 or 4 burners, and when I thought the food in oven was done I came to find out the oven had been turned off, my wife accidently bumped screen with hips and it turned off. Anything that bum...

Fantastic!
Would RecommendThis unit certainly lives up to the name "range," as in every way, it has more range than other stoves at which we looked. Our last stove, for instance, had two broil settings, hi and lo. The Kitchen Aid actually lets one set the temp! The several different cooking unit designs make this unit extremely versatile. It's just great!

Would RecommendThis range fits beautifully on the new granite countertop installed in the kitchen. The stovetop is very modern and easy to clean.

Looks and cooks great!
Would RecommendWe did a complete kitchen remodel including appliances and the KitchenAid electric slide in range is the highlight of the group. We were a bit leery of the electric stove top elements, but we were delightfully surprised with not only how it looks but how quickly the elements heat and cool. It is very fluid for cooking and we both took to it like ducks to water. The oven has convection capability and that has taken some time to understand and use - but now I am baking my own bread. It is also go...

Love this range
Would RecommendBeautiful appearance ( I have white)- to me it is like a piece of art in my kitchen. I have it in the center of my island The cooktop has 3 dual burners and one single. The oven is large enough for a 20 lb. turkey. Functions perfectly. The digital controls are easy to use.

Enjoying our new slide-in Range
Would RecommendI've been enjoying our new Slide-In Range -I'm a bread maker and have really been enjoying the bread-proofing feature, what a great chamber for the bread to rise in! Also, it's the first time I've had 'convection' baking - it's made some delicious cookies -crisp on the outside & yet chewy in the center.

Overall a Good Range
Would RecommendOverall I am pleased with this range. The variable settings for the burners makes cooking effortless. The oven bakes evenly and is easy to use. Complaints--the high-pitched sound of the oven fan takes some getting used to and we need to set the control lock on the oven control panel after each use so we do not accidentally turn anything on when bumping against it.

The Best Oven Ever!
Would RecommendWe bought this oven five months ago and we absolutely love all the wonderful features! Awesome qualify product and easy to use!

This range is excellent so far.
Would RecommendThis range is a replacement for a 10-year-old Kitchen Aid with almost the same features. Unfortunately, after I used the self-cleaning oven for the third time, it fried the controls, and I had to replace the range. This time, I'll be cleaning the oven the old way.

Solid stove but noisy oven
Would Not RecommendOverall this is a good looking functional stove with an easy to clean top surface. The warming oven is a nice feature which I use primarily to heat plates. However, when the oven is on the stove emits a very annoying whine. I understand this is from an auxiliary fan used to cool the control electronics. The noise can be heard throughout the kitchen & nearby rooms. Had I know about this prior to purchase I would have selected another brand.

This stove has two very poor features.
Would Not RecommendWe recently purchased a Kitchen Aid slide in stove and are very disappointed with the oven. The oven fan has a high-pitched noise that is heard throughout the house. We've had two appliance technicians look at the oven. They both stated the fan does not need repair. They told us it is the design of the vent system that creates the loud, high-pitched noise. In addition, because the stove vents out the front of the stove, moisture builds up on the oven door handle. When the oven door is opened, mo...

THIS PRODUCT SOME GOOD AND SOME BAD FEATURES
Would Not RecommendWE LOVE YOU KITCHEN AID REFREG. TWO DOORS BOTTOM FREZZER 25 FOOT. BUT ARE SOMEWHAT DISAPOINTED IN THE KITCHEN AID ELECTRIC STOVE DISCRIBED ABOVE. 1. WHITE STOVE TOP IS DIFFICULT TO KEEP CLEAN AND SHOWS EVERY TINY SPOT IF NOT CLEAN AFTER EACH USE. NOT EXPLAINED BY SALES PERSON. PERHAPS ALL NEW POTS AND PANS WOULD HELP. 2. THE DIGITAL CONTROL BOARD IS DIFFICULT TO READ AND SHOULD BE CORRECTED WITH SOME SORT OF BACK LIGHTING AND SHOULD BE ANGLED UP SO ONE CAN READ IT BETTER. WARMING DRAW IS GREA...

Sleek design
Would RecommendI love the look of this range. However, it does take a long while to preheat as compared to my previous Kenmore range. Also, it does not let you know that the range has been preheated. In my opinion, those are the only downfalls. It does cook my food evenly and looks very nice in my kitchen.

Just shy of excellent.....a few comments below
Would RecommendThe print on the oven controls is quite hard to read unless full light is on in the kitchen. Both too small and too faint. I would much prefer NOT to have the constant whir of the fan when the oven is baking. Otherwise, love the burner options and the even heat of the oven. Have the stainless steel and love the look also!

New Brands
Would RecommendBuilding a new home we did our homework on "new" appliances. Have always bought another line of appliances. Kitchenaid was a great choice. Love the features, the slide-in and control panel. Three racks have come in handy.

Great features
Would RecommendThis is a wonderful range with great features, however the whining/humming oven cooling fan is quite annoying. I had a tech come out and he said they receive frequent complaints about that, but he cannot eliminate it. It said this does not occur on all models. My friend and I bought identical models at the same time and her's does not whine. Rather disappointing.
