When looking for an oven, we knew that it would be the centerpiece of the kitchen. this one showed up and has delivered on all levels. Great purchase for our family.

Not as good as it should be

I really thougth the kitchenaid was the bench mark for appliances. I have not been happy with the ability or should I say lack of ability to adjust burner heat between high simmer and low medium. If the burner is set on high simmer the pot will not bubble. If the burner is set on low medium it bubbles too fast. This seems to be the case with all of the burners. I want the pot to have a slow bubble so I know it is simmering without burning.

Great stove

Very nice stove with sleek look and design. Love the high end look for not a high end price! Slide ins are much more attractive than a regular stove, in my opinion.

Good features

I received this stove about 2 months ago. The cook top is great very functional and heats up pretty quickly. The cooktop glass does show more spotting than my previous kitchenaide. The oven needed to be recalibrated and still seems a little off at times. The oven also does make a loud noise which apparently is normal, while it does not bother me it is fairly loud and may annoy others. Overall I am happy with the oven, it was a replacement for a kitchen aide slide in that I had for 18 years with ...

great overall but

Fast heating, great oven, but it's shorter than our last slide-in so we had to "jerry-rig" a stainless door sweep to fill in the gap in the back. When I reach into the cabinets above the microwave or lean up against the controls, I turn something on like the timer or a heating element. Again, great range, but the depth difference was a real challenge. I can live with the inadvertent button pushing.

love the look!

I bought this a month ago. It takes some getting used to. I have to plan about 15 minutes ahead for the oven to get to the right temp. I have to be careful not to lean against the front or I turn on some of the features (so sensitive). I love the warming temp on the burners. I put a plate of leftovers on with a cover instead of in the microwave and they don't dry out.

Great range

I went from a coil type electric range to this glass top and I love it. Features on my old range didn't work and this is like a cadillac when compared to what I had before

Adequate

We replaced a 16 year old Kitchen Aid range with the all white new slide-in model because it fit into the existing cabinet space. We do not like the fact that we have to turn on the kitchen lights to see the oven settings (they are not back lit) and have to bend over to read them because they are vertical. Also, the oven warms up slowly and it blows warm air out at your feet (or old oven had the vent on the top). The all white top requires cleaning after each use.

Just recently purchased this stove and we are very pleased with the results. I like the stainless steel stove very much.

High Quality

I chose Kitchen Aid for my new kitchen because the dishwasher, oven and refrigerator all seemed to be very well constructed. I love the Easy Convection Oven feature and the warming drawer is a nice extra. I decided against a double oven (really, I would only need once or twice a year...) so the warming drawer helped.

Stylish and easy to use.

Love the stove eyes which can be set to adjust to any size pot. Oven is large and uses regular or convection baking.

Disappointed

Noisy, due to exhaust fan for oven.. Burners are slow to heat. Top is very hard to clean and everything leaves marks. They do come off, but you need to use the special cleaner every time. Good versatility in burner size, although the oval-shaped burner still leaves me perplexed. The convection and probe features seem to work well. As others have said, the electronic controls in the front are very sensitive so anything brushing against them turns the oven on. The red light indicator for hot burne...

I'm in love with this oven!

I booth this item about a month ago. I'm in love with my new oven! Great features! Very easy to use! Glass top cooking surface is very easy to clean & keep clean. Heating temperature seems very accurate with everything I've cooked so far. I've honestly had no disappointments to this point! Very highly recommended!

This range finished out the look of our kitchen and works great. The fit was perfect but I do recommend professional installation.

Familiar Friend

Especially enjoy the sleek countertop fit. Surface sits over the granite so no place to allow spills between counter and range. Have exact model several years older in my home kitchen.

Great Features

We bought the slide-in range last summer for our kitchen remodel which was finally completed mid October 2014. The only complaint we have so far is the wait to have it installed! The range top is now used almost daily. The convection oven is new to us, but we like it. The count down timer could be louder so you can hear it from the next room when it goes off. The range and oven both work great and look great too! It's nice the way it compliments our new kitchen.

Very Nice Looking Stove

We have been using our new stove for 3 weeks now and overall we are happy with it. I would have to agree with some of the other reviews I have read and say that the fan on the stove is fairly loud. It sounds like you are cooking on convection mode even when you are just using the normal bake mode. We actually tried both and I could not hear a difference. I was concerned about my pans fitting in the oven as it's dimensions were smaller than my previous oven but I have had no problem getting my p...
