[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a builders choice. With the pull down door, if you are not tall, it is hard to reach the back of the oven to clean. I don’t like the 5 second intercom the timer, would like to be able to select the actual time in seconds. The microwave very quite.

Nothing like a microwave!

Has never worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look but it has never worked! Repairman came out, said he had to order parts. The parts are in but the repair people are not returning my calls. So still no usable microwave!

Where is the QC engineer? Sleeping? The digital display is defective making it hard to read the time or the remaining cook time. Also, the interior light bulb replacement requires that the oven be removed from the wall. Not very well designed for consumers to maintain this appliance

Nice, but really expensive...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original microwave went out after 15 years and had to buy this new one. It's a lot different when you are rolling it all into a mortgage rather than having to buy it outright. I sure hope nothing else goes out for a while....yikes!

POOR SERVICE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT FOR SERVICE FOR OVER 2 WEEKS, FILLED THE ONLINE FORM OUT TWICE. THIES IS BAD BECAUES IT DOES NOT SEND A COPY TO THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE OVER 7 HOURS ON HOLD. ( 2 DIFFERENT CALLS) THIS IS THE ONLY BEED BACK I GET FROM KITCHEN AID. OUR CONTROL BOARD IS BAD THE THIS ITEM IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. IF I COULD GET ONE I'D PUT IT IN MY SELF.

Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door doesn’t open flat, so can be challenging if installed too high. There is no kitchen timer, which I miss terribly. Since there isn’t a digital numeric panel, everything has to be in 5-second increments. Which I had realized these things prior to spending the money.

So Easy to Use

The right size!

We remodeled our kitchen about 10 years ago with a built in location for a 24” microwave. Today it appears there is only a limited number of 24” microwaves available. Repaired 3 times and is still broken!!!

Bought the microwave about 3 years ago. Broke in the first 6 months. Thought it was just a fluck. Had it repaired. Worked for 4 more months. Repaired 2 more time in the following year. Kitchenaid states they haven't had problems with this model. Said they will cover the part Again but no labor. This is a joke. The 5 star reviews are almost all incentives given for review. Amazing Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a similar model from 2006 that finally needed replacing. This was the closest replacement, and it is awesome. Easy installation, beautiful design, and the door is sturdier than our previous one. I would definitely recommend. We love our Kitchen Aid appliances!

LCD Already broken

This microwave is garbage. I have had it for 2 years and the LCD no longer works. The microwave may have been used 20 times. I would not recommend anything kitchen aid.
