Permanently Drain Fix...

When we first built our house in 1991 our kitchen sink drain coupling had no trouble at all until Nov. 2017 when the screw on lead collar broke & I replace the sink/drain coupling with the O.E. coupling that only lasted 1.5 years when it too broke. So I replaced it with this Keeney 3.5-in Chrome Brass Rust Resistant Strainer with Lock Mount Included Basket Included. So far so good. I should have replaced it with this one 1.5 years ago. Easy to install and remove

After taking an hour to remove a threaded ring model went to this type. Far easier to install with no leaks and should be much easier to remove in the future if needed.
