Good quality, but needs improvement
Would RecommendI like the option of using this to avoid the loss of juices and it is high quality. My main critique is that because there is no lip on one side, you can lose juices out that side. I put butter on the griddle and it just slid right off into the fire since my grill isn’t perfectly level (which many are not). It could also used improved care instructions to describe in more detail how to care for and store (including temp) the griddle on an ongoing basis for those that don’t work with cast iron...

Fantastic
Would RecommendBought this product a few weeks ago. Fantastic for smash burgers, bacon, and veggies. Couldn't be happier. I was surprised to see it come straight out of the box with a great seasoning already on it. Really like that it comes with a tool to move the griddle, and the fact that the edges are raised around the sides.

Flexible, great addition to the kit
Would RecommendI got this as part of a special deal where I bought the cast iron dutch oven, the cast iron grate and this. To be honest this is the one part of that trio I thought would be the least useful, but it has become a solid part of my repertoire. I followed the advise of the incomparable John Setzler and first tried the "Smash Burger" recipe, and I was hooked. This made it super easy, and made for a darned fine burger.
