Works fine, but cheap parts

The handle wobbles like it is going to come off, and the toilet seat needed to be replaced within a couple of months because the screws were poor. Otherwise, it works fine. As with any low flow toilet, don't try to dispose of too much matter, or it will block up.

Toilet seat will not stay on

Instead of being closed the holes for the mounting of the toilet seat are open and tend to spread open. Cannot keep the seat mounted, I can't imagine why they would have this configuration. The only solution I see is to buy a new toilet seat. I would not recommend anyone to buy this unit with this configuration.

Great toilet; too bad it's chair height only

This toilet seat s great. Kohler puts out quality products. My only issue was that it came as chair height. I didn't know that. Very tough for a 5'2" wife! I have since learned that a majority of toilets being sold are chair height and not standard height because of ADA guidelines. Too bad. There is still a market for standard height toilets that's not being me any longer.

it's ok, maybe better than others

we researched many 1 piece and this seemed the best choice. Lid was not a perfect fit, but looks just ok when installed. Wish it used more water to flush better, but it flushes successfully just not as well as older toilets. We bought 3. Seat is fine for a plastic seat; my wife likes it.

Water Efficient, Quite close but not a quite flush

Toilet was installed 6 months ago. This is a decent toilet and conserves water. I would give better rating, but the flush noise is quite loud for the price. Tried to see if there was too much air in system causing the problem, but that did not help.

Great toilets

We bought two of these toilets a year ago for three reasons: 1- I wanted to save on water 2- I liked the simple design of the tank. The 1-piece makes for easier cleaning 3- We wanted an elongated seat. The taller seat height was a bonus because we are both tall. I still really like these ( if you are allowed to say that about a toilet), but I am starting to notice that the one in the Master bathroom is randomly hanging up a little, making the water run for a while. Hard to repair

From the beginning the seal in the tank has leaked. Periodic “whoosh” noise as water escapes into bowl. Paid plumber several times to replace the seal, but it doesn’t last long. Now there is a high-pitched squeal at end of flush cycle as water finishes filling the tank, probably coming from the float mechanism. I agree - don’t buy unless you are a plumber - not easy to repair.

This is a very comfortable fixture. This fixture is all one piece and very easy to install also like the soft close lids. Flushes really good.

So much wrong with this toilet

I purchased 3 of these toilets to go in our newly built Florida home. The one in the master bathroom is a dud!!! I have only been using this bathroom for 10 months but it’s been in the house for 14 months. (Had not retired yet). From the very beginning it rocked on the tile floor so I ask my husband to shim it. Fixed the problem. Then I noticed the top of the toilet rocked on the water bowl and every time you sat down it clattered. No fix to this problem, still clatters. The next thing that happ...

Look forward to pooping

It is amazing how one flush with 1.6 gallons of water always works. It was also very easy to install for someone who does not usually do plumbing things. Also appreciate the chair height.

Happy with this purchase

Had installed about a week ago. Replaced an older low-flow toilet which clogged often. This toilet is also efficient in terms of water usage, but flushes well every time. One review mentioned that the seat was uncomfortable; the seat does sit differently, but we don't notice it anymore. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great flusher!

Had problems with my Mansfield plugging easily, this Santa Rosa will flush anything. The soft close seat that was included has one mounting point that the cover doesn't stay snapped in place and the seat moves. Also the first hot humid day this season the tank sweated a lot, is the tank insulated?

Uncomfortable

I had this installed abut 2 weeks ago. The one and only complaint is it is a very uncomfortable toilet to sit on. I am short, so thought that was the problem but my husband is tall and he also finds the toilet very uncomfortable to sit on. Mechanics of the toilet work very well.

Defective Toilet

Bought two of theses. 1 had problems right away and Kohler sent parts. Also seems the toilet was not coated or sealed properly and it developed stains

I purchased two of these toilets.  One is fantastic and the other had problems right away. Kohler sent out a replacement flushing mechanism for the first problem, but the second is an on-going problem where there are excess stains under the rim.  It seems the toilet was not coated or sealed properly. The other toilet is fantastic and I would have not suspected anything had I not purchased two at the same time. It's pretty, but it's a terrible headache.

Tiny space - Ultra Power

This is the only toilet that fit under our window in the powder room . It replaced a tiny round Toilet from 40 years

My first decision was that it had to be a Koehler! Great decision!

I’ve had this toilet for about 4 months and I am happy with every single thing about it and cannot think of one thing I don’t like! it’s good looking and sleek. It flushes like a champ and is easy to clean. It has that quiet close lid which is great. I Looked at a lot of toilets because the last one I picked for my previous residence was truly sub-par! virtually plug-free flush

Virtual plung-free flush… Ha Ha Ha. No better than any other toilet. I am handicap so it is hard to use a plunger. I bought this thinking I would not have to plung as much but not true. My problem now is the plunger is round and the opening at the bottom of the toilet is oval, so the plunger does not fit the hole and plung correctly. Thanks for Dawn dish soap put it in the toiled and let it sit for several hours and it will break things up then flush. Wish my old toilet did not break.

Exceeded my expectations

I’ve owned this old house and it’s nasty dated bathroom for years. I finally decided to update a bit and got carried away with caulking, painting, replacing fixtures, replacing the floor, resurfacing the counter and the tub/shower and more. A big issue was that someone had installed a toilet that, even though it had a tiny round bowl, was too large for the space. It backed so close to the wall that the tanks lid wouldn’t fit.
