Awesome product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to paint my outdated laminated kitchen cupboards and other difficult surfaces. It has really great coverage and dries to a hard protective coating. One thing I discovered about it and don't remember it being mentioned in the description, is that you can sand out minor drips etc. This makes it extra valuable as a primer in my opinion! The durability, coverage, and quality of this product is amazing!

An Upcycler's Dream!

I love that its water-based and can be used as both an interior and exterior primer. I like to use a variety of materials for non-standard uses. My workload is reduced to light sanding before applying KILZ ADHESION followed by a coating of high quality paint 24-36 hours later. You'll be thrilled with the results!

Great for damaged wall

After a thorough scrubbing and cleaning, we used Kilz to seal in the stains and odor before painting. We applied 2 coats and the paint went on smoothly afterward with no indication that there had ever been damage.

Works wonders

used it on a shelf

Great coverage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to paint a wood-look 1970s laminate cabinet and the lady in the paint department suggested that I prime with this first so that the finish coat would adhere best. I am very pleased with the results. I previously painted another cabinet using the regular primer and the paint scratched off easily. The paint does not peel or scratch on the cabinet that was painted with Kilz Adhesion.

It goes on easily and smoothly with brush or roller. It was perfect for my basement DIY reno job, which had glossy paint on the ceiling, and new drywall mixed in with some existing drywall on the walls. Great adhesion

I paint stones of love to leave in spots for others to find. I wanted a primer that would adhere well, hold up to the outside elements. I trust KILZ!

Seriously adheres to anything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had wainscoting that had a high gloss over yellow stain. I wanted to paint it white, but that would be a lot of sanding. One coat of this kill and my paint covered it with the normal 2 coats. So simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kilz Adhesion has done a superior job of sealing the wall and provides a great surface for paint application. Did wonders for older wallboard after wall paper removal. We were not sure our paint would adhere to the old abused wall surfaces but so far so good. I the end it saved us a lot of work and looks great!

Application was easy and the paint does not scrape or peel off! Since it's a water- based primer, clean-up was easy,too. Great product and highly recommended!

OLD kitchen table redo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the reviews and ordered this as it is not available locally---and am so very happy with the results! I did the table frame first and inlaid mosaic tile and then "distressed" the table to get the results I wanted. This kilz has saved me so much time sanding and worrying about the finish!!!!

So, I went to the Kilz website, and was looking at the products when I saw adhesion, and the description, perfect for what I needed. There is a lot of old paneling in our house and instead of having to pull it out and drywall I use Adhesions primer and it never scratches off.
