Would Not RecommendArrived at Lowe's. Asked about renting the insulation blow machine. I was told to go to the pro desk. After waiting behind 3 customers I was told to go to customer service. After waiting behind 5 customer returns I was then walked back down to the pro desk by customer service and we then spent the next 30 minutes getting my order rung up and checked out. I was then sent to the back to pick up my order. I then proceeded to wait over an hour for my insulation and the blower machine to be loaded on...
Works Great
Would RecommendEasy to install. The only thing I didn't like is that they charged me for renting the machine even though I got 10 bags like the website says. The guy was telling me I needed to get 20.
Thank you for choosing JM for your project!
Very nice job
Would RecommendEasy and non-itchy job. Added to the attic to an R60 level. Blown in 12 bags only took 90 minutes. Already saving money on the A/C bill. Best diy project I've done.

Way better than cellulose insulation!
Would RecommendPurchased 10 bags to do our 1100 sq. ft. attic to 8" depth. Rented to blower machine and finished in 3 hours total. The advertised 109 feet per bag was spot-on and 10 bags were perfect for us. Much nicer, lighter, and 25 bags less than cellulose, at the same price. This is the way to go!

It Snowed in my Attic!
Would RecommendMe and my Son-in-Law blew in 21 bags in our attic. House was built in 73 and had some old insulation in it. We blew this in over top of the existing insulation. He ran the machine and me the hose. Put about 16" on top of the original R19 (that had settled over the years). What a difference this has made. It took us a bag or two to get the hang of the machine and hose, but after that we were knocking it out. House feels great and the AC is running less in the Texas heat.

Big Difference
Would Recommendbags were the right size for handling and was able to easily develop a rhythm to keep the hopper full while someone went through the attic blowing/filling in the insulation. When done noticed the change in my home right away

you'll need 2 hoses if your area is big.
Would RecommendIt was easy to install if you knew what you were doing.
