These earbuds provide very clear and pure sound, and are loud enough as well. Battery lasts much longer than I can listen to music continuously, and the case holds for 3 full recharges. They fit firmly and comfortably, never had problems with them falling off while walking or cycling. They do not stick out of the ear too much and do not make me look funny. How the receiving end hears the phone call.

I tried raycon, the background noise was unbearable to whoever I was talking to. I’ve had no complaints from JBL! Thank you! As a truck driver I have to be hands free. These are easy to use and the sound quality is fantastic!

Great earbuds at a great price.

Love these earbuds, really comfortable and battery life is very good. The sound is really clean and clear. Bass is just right and the EQ on the app makes it better. My one complain is that I feel like it's not loud enough. But that's my personal preference. Other than that it's a very good pair of earbuds with many features. Sound quality is great but just not loud enough but the long life batteries make it a 4/5 a good solid buy.

Sorry, the notification sound is not decent

I just got one yesterday, and sadly speaking, I might not use it tomorrow. The music is good, the Noise Cancelling is great, but the notification sound just keep me from enjoying it. Every time I connect it with computer it rings, every time I change the ANC it rings, the noise is so loud that I could feel the pain my ears. Great headphones for the price

I was in the market for noice cancelling true wireless earbuds. These checked all my boxes and at a reasonable price compared to other brands. They have excellent sound quality and good noice cancelling. My only complaint is that they sometimes make a random scratching noise for a brief moment. It never lasts and it’s not a huge issue, but it can be startling or too loud at times.

All I can say is that if you the consumer are looking for great headphones then go with these JBL headphones they sound great the bass is awesome once you customize the sound that you like they feel great I am so glad that I purchased these headphones trust me you won’t regret it

Heavy equipment

Best headphones yet, I can block out the noise when I'm out of Harms way or I can listen to music and still hear my machine with noise canceling and ambiance aware features.

Excellent bass

These ear phones have a lot of depth and the bass is solid for such a a small package. I like the app that allows me to use the custom equalizer and adjust for my personal sound preferences.

Bad call quality but Great battery life

I brought this about a month ago. The battery life is great. It last 8-10 hours like the description says. But the Bluetooth doesn’t work well with iPhone. While on call the Bluetooth disconnect randomly and the call quality isn’t very good.

Comfortable, clear mids and highs and good bass
