Awful!
Terrible! I used them like 20 times. Now Left side is permanently dead/off Only Right side works. Unable to do reset via software (available not on mono mode) I want stereo mode, but is not possible to fix this crap piece of hardware.

Right earpiece problem.
Had these for a week now , from the beginning right earpiece starts to "reverberate, bass pulsating" as I ride in a bus , or if there is room pressure change like opening and closing the door , which is really annoying. Otherwise , with left earpiece no problem. bass is good. And i dont know how to return them as i ordered them from Mongolia.

Great audio, doesn’t charge
I’m currently on my second pair of these in less than 2 years. I love them - the noise canceling is great, the audio is crystal clear and they are the perfect size. However, I’m thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed with the charging case. I have had numerous issues getting the ear buds to sit correctly in the case so that they charge. Do not recommend, 2/2 pair broke
I bought 2 pair, one for me and 1 for a friend, about a year ago. One of the earbuds of my friends stopped working a few months ago, and now I'm having issues with mine. They don't charge properly, they only turn on half the time I want them to, and they are transitioning between being on, being in noise-canceling mode, and being in ambient aware mode without me touching them while I'm trying to listen to something with them. Do not recommend.

Don't buy them
Comfortable, good sound quality, but about 2 months after I purchased them they stopped consistently powering on. Now, about 4 months after getting them I have to open and close the case to power them on 20-30 times in the hopes that both earbuds will power on. Even then that doesn't normally work. So then I either have to listen with just one earbud, or use my 5 year old ones from a different brand that both power on.

Great! Until it started breaking after 6 months
I got this as a present for Christmas and they worked perfectly: great noise cancelling feature and great sound quality. Although, after 6 months the right earbud stopped working and wouldn't charge. After this, the case battery drained quickly and in October the battery of the left earbud also started to lose battery fast. Terrible interface sounds.
Decent sound quality with good noise canceling, but the sounds for connection and noise cancelation settings are absolutely unbearable. They make my skin crawl and it feels as of my sinuses are being scraped with a dental tool. This Ui/Ux team needs to be fired.

Good Sound Quality, Until the Charging Ports Break
After about 8 months of using these, the charging port inside the case no longer works leaving me with expensive earplugs. I've tried all the trouble shooting recommended by JBL including cleaning both charging ports with rubbing alcohol on a cotton swap, but this did nothing. Would not recommend any JBL earbuds with deep charging ports, unless you want to buy a new pair every 6-12 months.

too loud and dangerous to rec
got these as a gift, and while i love the ambient aware feature, and the buds have survived falling in water, thats about the extent. the sounds [connection, low battery etc] are too loud. twice now the 'find my earbuds' feature [that uses a LOUD high pitch tone] has gone off on its own while the buds were just sitting in their case. i can only hope it doesnt happen again when theyre in my ears. with all that, constant sync problems between each other while trying to watch videos, they fall out ...

The fit is not good
Sound Quality is ok, its not worst, but definitely no the best either. Its a mediocre offering. My biggest gripe on these item is that how it fits on my ear, for some reason, the fit on this one on my ears is not good at all. I always find myself pushing the earphones inward, because I can feel it starts to loose its grip on your ear when working out. Horrible
I’ve had these for a few months now they are saying 40hour listening time. That’s the biggest lie I ever seen!!! They last about 4 hours, well at least my right one does my left on dies in about 45 minutes from being fully charged. I expected so much more out of these especially with JBL name on them. These are the worst headphones I’ve ever purchased don’t waste your money!
