Stuck in mono mode

I purchased these and after 3 months, they got stuck in mono mode. I tried everything online and they wouldn't come out of this mode. So they buds won't sync together. Only one works at a time. I did way til after the 1 yr to reach out about them since I had other buds but they would not take them back. My fault for waiting. But be aware! If they happen to get stuck in this mode after the 1 year, they may not sync together again. And thats a shame since the sound quality was really good.

Good but not without issues

I’ve had a pair like this before that were great. The sound is always nice good bass but this set seems to have some issues. Sometimes they will cut out for a few seconds for seemingly no reason. I’m aware they are refurbished but even still sometimes it’s annoying.

Avoid!!!! Terrible charging

DO NOT BUY. The right earbud WILL NOT CHARGE. They tell you to clean it with alcohol, but that works maybe 2% of the time. It doesn't matter how much you clean it, how gently you place it in, there will come a day, very very soon, where they just absolutely will not charge.

Not long lasting

Abysmal Reliability

I bought a pair of these 11/2024. By 05/2025 I had issues with the devices registering as being in the charging dock - they would continue playing in the pod and would never turn off. After cleaning and factory resetting, same problems. I sent them back for a warranty replacement. Very disappointed

This is the worst Air Bud that I've ever had, I've had it for almost a year, it has stopped charging up to 100% Within 5 months after having it and when it charges claim fully with all the lights lit and I use it within 15 minutes it says I only have 10% left of battery use. Keep connecting while in closed charging case

They keep connecting to device even tough they are inside the case. I've cleaned the contacts on the buds and in the case. The buds are both charging fine, but the case keeps losing charge because the buds are always trying to connect.

Audio Keeps Cutting Out

Works great until it starts to not work after abit

I bought this a while ago, and for like the first year or so it worked great, but after a few falls (I'm very clumsy) I got a case. And a few months after that, it started to not work properly, for example one earbud had less audio then the other, and they didn't sound great and the sound from activating noise cancelling and stuff didn't work great. I'm pretty disappointed in this these days, but before it worked great.
