Quiet and powerful

Great choice for replacing my old disposal. Came with everything needed to install except the plumber's putty for the sink drain. The unit was installed without having to modify the drain piping. This disposal is really powerful and quiet when in operation.

Quiet, Quality Product

Have had this disposal for several weeks and the disposal is working well. Very quiet. You have to put rubber baffle inside sink flange area to reduce noise. In my previous Insinkerator model, which I had 24 years, the baffle was fitted over the top of the disposal and then installed, so baffle could not be removed without disengaging unit from support bracket. I’m an Insinkerator veteran. They’ve been on my jobs, in my residences for as long as I’ve been old enough to purchase one. This lil’ Scamp is a wonder! Easy to install

First unit we bought the snap ring would not stay in place. Exchanged for the same model. Went home and 45 minutes later unit was installed and working perfectly. With. every mass produced product one will fall though the cracks.

Absolutely 8.5 out ten

I have enjoyed Insinkerator for 15 years prior this replacement. I did not hesitated to use the same brand as insinkerator provided the same mechanism to install a new unit to existing hardware on the sink. Thus making the installation easier. And everything worked as predicted.

Quiet and efficient.

This unit is so quiet, I’m still getting used to it. The running water in the sink is louder than the motor. Only thing I would have done differently is to have gotten a corded one.

Powerful yet very quiet

We got this thinking it would be an improvement over our old one but I was amazed at what an improvement it was over the other brand! Quiet, and never a hiccup in taking care of whatever it’s fed. The installation was about 30 minutes, tops, for my husband, and he thought it was super simple with the way the collar is designed. It’s not often that I’m delighted with a purchase, but this one makes me happy every time I use it!

Compared to my previous disposals, this one is very quiet but still does the job.

Quiet Operator

After five years, the contractor grade device was noisy and marginal. Got a great deal online. Installation was surprisingly easy. The operation is so quiet. Glad I did this project.

Quiet with Good Features

We remodeled our kitchen with new quartz countertops and a composite sink. Replaced the old Insinkerator with a new Evolution Compact. The Evolution Compact is much quieter than the old unit and is also more powerful. A great feature is the Evolution has a replaceable insert that can be removed and cleaned or replaced unlike the previous older units. If you are looking to replace an old waste disposer I recommend the Evolution Compact. It is good quality at a reasonable price.

Love the size and less noise

We recently redid countertops to include a new sink. I chose this disposal because our old one was very loud and took up a significant amount of space under the sink. We are very pleased with our purchase. I would definitely buy again and recommend this disposal.

good so far

Our old insinkerator lasted 19 years, so we stuck with this brand. My plumber installed it; not sure how easy/hard it was but we have a tight space under the sink & he did complain "they don't make it easy". It is quieter than the old one, & I like that this one has a cover for the drain. Hope this one lasts as long as the last one!

Easy Installation, Quality Product

I found myself late in the day with a failed Garbage Disposal. I looked up what I needed and got the store with minutes to spare. I returned home with the new compact disposal and began following the installation instructions. I had the wiring moved and disposal replaced in less than 2 hours. It has worked flawlessly since.

Does a nice job so far—one month!

Amazingly quiet! Has handled small jobs nicely. Have not challenged it much in the first month we’ve had it. Installer says insinkerators are the best the best brand he installs.

EVO Compact

My third ISE disposal. Had the 333SS then a 77SS now the EVO. This is my second disposal that has the sound shield on it and in both cases, the sound shield vibrates around the disposal and can't figure out why. The ring nut is tight and the shield is as it came but when turned on, it vibrates and is noisy. I can hold the shield with both hands and the noise goes away but only when doing that is it quiet. What a pain in the tail. Sure would like that resolved after only a year or so listening to...
