Quiet operation, no vibration! Perfect!
Would RecommendSeriously quiet operation (just a low hum) and absolutely no vibration! It replaced a 28 year old InSinkerator space saving model; these things are built tough. The capacity is large for a space saving model (34.6 oz) and it's well insulated, which is what makes it so quiet. I'd buy this exact same model in a heartbeat if I had to do it all over again. It was a good choice. I'm quite pleased.

Powerful and quiet

The product is noticeably quieter than our previous disposer.
Would RecommendThe disposer was easy to install. I mounted it onto the previous InSinkErator sink hardware, so I did not have to change or install the piece that goes through the sink. All of the components were in the box for the installation. I did have to swap power cords from the disposer that I was replacing. This unit is much quieter than the previous Badger model that it is replacing. I am very pleased with this product.

The thermal overload trips after running for 2-3 minutes with cold water only in disposal.
Would RecommendThe unit is quite and performs its intended purpose well except for tripping the overload on the disposal after running 2-3 minutes. I called Customer Service and was told that this was normal. I have had several disposals but never had one trip for no apparent reason.

Very Powerful and Very, Very Quiet
Would RecommendI kept coming back to look at this garbage disposal. Each time I thought, "Can I really justify spending over $400 on this?" So one night I decided to pull the trigger and buy it - and I'm sure glad I did. This thing is very powerful and extremely quiet. My plumber was even shocked by how quiet it is.
